Abstract

1,248,790. Calendar watches. FABRIQUE D'HORLOGERIE CHS. TISSOT & FILS S. A. Dec.20, 1968 [Dec. 22, 1967], No. 60826/68. Heading G3T. A watch or other timepiece, has inner and outer rings 2, 3 bearing day and date indications, respectively, the rings being non-coaxial and in tangential contact, teeth 22 on the inner ring being in driving contact with teeth 32 and the outer ring 3, means for simultaneously driving the inner and outer rings, and a single jumper mechanism, e. g. a spring pressed roller 63, acting on the ring 2 to hold the rings in adjusted position. The ring 2 carries two consecutive series of indications of the seven days of the week and is driven by a cam actuated lever 56 in steps of one fourteenth of a revolution per day. The outer ring carries 31 indications of the date.
