An internal combustion engined vehicle has an air conditioning installation which includes a compression-condensation refrigeration system having a main condenser which is located in front of the engine radiator and an auxiliary condenser which is located behind the radiator and between the radiator and a fan drawing cooling air through the radiator. There may be more than one auxiliary condenser. The condensers and the radiator may each be formed of finned tubes and may be combined to form a structural unit.
