Abstract

1,164,040. Centrifugal distributers. AMAZONEN-WERKE H. DREYER. 6 Oct., 1967 [15 Oct., 1966], No. 45756/67. Heading AID. A centrifugal spreader has a storage container 2 into which projects the end of a shaft 4 which rotates during operation. A bush 7 is arranged on the shaft end for the attachment of agitation and distribution members 14, 15. A seal disc 8 connected to. a seal ring 9 is provided on bush 7 for sealing the gap between the bush 7 and the container floor. Seal ring 9 is formed with deflection wings 10 which are indined at an angle against the direction of rotation of shaft 4. A loose ring 13 is provided between ring 9 and bush 7.
