Abstract
1,138,802. Rolling. NIPPON KOKAN K.K. 9 Jan., 1967 [18 Jan., 1966], No. 1161/67. Heading B3M. [Also in Division C7] Immediately it emerges from a hot rolling stand, and while it is still at above 400 C., a steel plate or other steel stock has a solution of phosphoric acid applied to it. The solution may contain 0À5% to 20% by weight of phosphoric acid, and may be applied by spraying, the solution providing resistance against scale formation and rust.
