Abstract
1,134,529. Transformers. WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC CORP. 4 April, 1967 [27 April, 1966], No. 15303/67. Heading H1T. An inductive winding comprises pairs of disc coils 112, 114, 116, 118 connected in two series paths between a line terminal L and a second (e.g. neutral) terminal 160, an electrostatic shielding plate 121 being disposed at least between the disc coils 120, 122 connected to terminal L. Shielding plates may also be disposed between the disc coils of some or all of the remaining discs coil pairs.
