1,119,099. Concrete reinforcement spacer. A. BRENNA. 23 Sept., 1966 [24 Sept., 1965], No. 42500/66. Heading E1W. A spacer for the support of reinforcing rods or bars in the moulding of concrete e.g. vertical walls, comprises a plate 5 secured at respective corners thereof more closely to one end of legs or posts 1, 2, 3, 4 and, in addition, one pair of opposing sides 6, 7 of the plate 5 is of greater length than the other and the sides 6, 7, 8, 9 are preferably inwardly curved so that different sizes of reinforcement may be supported using either of the sides or the curved edges of the plate 5; a hole 10 is provided through the plate 5 for nailing to a wooden mould.
