Abstract

A fungicidal composition comprises a fungicide consisting of one or more compounds chosen from the inorganic salts of copper, and the organic salts of zinc, manganese and iron, a non-ionic surface active agent and as nutrient agent, purified urea, magnesium sulphate or potassium chloride, or mixtures thereof. The composition may additionally contain nutrient elements acting as trace elements and contact insecticides. Specified fungicides are copper oxychloride and zinc, manganese or iron bis-ethylene dithiocarbamate. The non-ionic surface active agent is preferably a aryl-alkyl polyether alcohol, especially ethoxylene octyl- or nonyl-phenol. Trace elements specified are zinc, iron, manganese, boron and cobalt. Specified insecticides are D.D.T., D.D.D., chlorinated camphene, Parathion and Diazinon. The composition is preferably diluted with a paraffin oil to form an oil-in-water emulsion.
