Abstract

1,102,448. Containers. F. WAKELING. 3 May, 1965 [12 May, 1964], No. 19697/64. Heading B8P. A container made from a cardboard or synthetic resin blank has curved side walls 32, 34, and at least one of these walls has an intermediate portion of maximum width. The walls are held erect by engagement of tabs 36 and slots 40. In a second embodiment the container is made from two superimposed blanks. Figs. 4a, 4b (not shown), which are held in the erect position by tongue and slot means. The containers made from single blanks may have three or more sides while those made from two or more blanks may have any even number of sides greater than two.
