A corrugated sheet or a sheet having parallel channels attached to it, Fig. 18 (not shown), comprises transverse or diagonal ridges or grooves 25 on the crests and ridges 52 along the vertical sides of the corrugations or channels. The troughs 24 of the corrugations may have projections 32. A corrugated sheet may be secured to a flat sheet 17 or another inverted corrugated sheet Fig. 17 (not shown). The ridges or grooves 25 are pressed in the sheet. Sheets are joined edge to edge by tongues 18 and grooves 19.
