1,086,163. Copy - milling. NASSOVIA WERKZEUGMASCHINENFABRIK G.m.b.H. Oct. 5, 1964 [Oct. 3, 1963], No. 40448/64. Headings B3B and B3K. A copy-milling machine comprises a -horizontal work-clamping surface 1, a tool carrying arm 7 extending from a main column and an auxiliary column 5 supporting the free end of the arm and connected to the main column by a cross-head 6. Hydraulic motors (3), 9 respectively move the work-table 1 and a slide carrying the arm 7. Cutter-heads 10, (11) are adjustable on opposite sides of the arm by cranks (17, 18) and locked by means (19, 20). The head 11 is connected to a tracer-head (14) which is adjustable by a hand wheel (12) and clamped by a toggle (15). Provision is made for mirror-image milling. Each cutter-head may have mere than one spindle.
