Abstract

1,011,917. Prefabricated dwelling houses. C. VAN DER LELY N.V. May 11, 1962, No. 27433/65. Divided out of 1,011,913. Heading E1A. In a prefabricated dwelling house having at least two storeys and including two prefabricated room units, the superimposed units are interconnected by coupling means fixed to a frame beam in the upper side of the lower unit. The room unit consists of a skeleton framework made up from tubular and angleiron sections which are welded together and provided with wooden joists 75, 76, 77, and reinforcing struts 54, 55, 61, 62. The beams 41, 48 of the lower unit are provided with plates 85, 86 and 89, 90 respectively to permit attachment as by bolting to the upper units. For modified attachment means and framework including details of materials employed, facade elements in the Specification should be referred to in association with Specifications 1,011,914, 1,011,915 and 1,011,916.
