1,005,226. Sifting apparatus. PREPARATION INDUSTRIELLE DES COMBUSTIBLES. Aug. 22, 1962 [Sept. 8, 1961], No. 32303/62. Heading B2H. In a vibratory sieve upper and lower screening surfaces 1 and 3 are vibrated by double ended levers 9 mounted on tubes 6 to which an oscillatory rotary motion is imparted by an electromagnetic vibrator 15. A number of tubes 6 are driven by levers 12 interconnected by rods 13, 14. The electromagnetic vibrator comprises a coil and core unit and an armature relatively movable thereto.
