Abstract

Fabrication d’une lèvre d’entrée d’air ou d’un secteur annulaire de lèvre d’entrée d’air intégrant des ouvertures à bord rentré L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une lèvre d’entrée d’air comprenant :- le placement d’une ébauche en regard d’une surface tridimensionnelle de formage d’une matrice d’un outillage d’hydroformage, la surface tridimensionnelle comprenant une portion annulaire externe pour la formation de la paroi externe d’une lèvre d’entrée d’air, la portion annulaire externe comprenant au moins une empreinte d’ouverture faisant saillie sur la surface tridimensionnelle,- formage d’une préforme de lèvre d’entrée d’air (60) par hydroformage de l’ébauche sur la surface tridimensionnelle de la matrice, la préforme de lèvre d’entrée d’air présentant en section une forme de U, la paroi externe (61) de la lèvre d’entrée d’air comprenant au moins un logement en creux (62) avec un bord rentré (620) et un fond (621), le logement ayant une forme correspondant à la forme de ladite au moins une empreinte d’ouverture, - découpe d’une ouverture (622) dans chaque logement en creux (62) en conservant au moins le bord rentré (620) de manière à obtenir une lèvre d’entrée d’air comprenant au moins une ouverture ayant un bord formé intégralement avec la paroi externe de ladite lèvre.
