Abstract
La présente invention concerne un capteur capacitif comprenant une tête de mesure comprenant une pièce conductrice formant une électrode de mesure et présentant une surface, dite surface de détection, destinée à être positionnée en regard d’un objet à mesurer ou à détecter, et un premier élément diélectrique formé par un matériau diélectrique, entourant ladite électrode de mesure, un corps, formé d’un matériau métallique et positionné autour de la tête de mesure, ledit corps ayant une face arrière, dite première face arrière, positionnée à l’opposé de la surface de détection, ledit capteur capacitif est caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend en outre une pièce intermédiaire, en matériau métallique, placée entre la tête de mesure et le corps et ayant une face arrière, dite seconde face arrière, positionnée à l’opposé de la surface de détection, ladite pièce intermédiaire et ledit corps étant reliés par au moins une soudure s’étendant à partir de la première face arrière et/ou de la seconde face arrière selon une région, dite d’interface, comprise entre le corps et la pièce intermédiaire. L’invention concerne aussi des systèmes de détection capacitive et des machines tournante mettant en œuvre ce capteur capacitif. FIGURE : Fig. 2
