Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d’obtention d’un substitut aux produits alimentaires tartinables à base de poissons et/ou de crustacés, qui est fortement allégé en matière grasse et qui comprend une succession d’étapes dont l’ajout d’extraits de macroalgues et d’huile de microalgues. L’invention concerne également ledit substitut aux produits alimentaires tartinables à base de poissons et/ou de crustacés.
