Dans un autre mode de réalisation, la pièce moulée en plastique pourra présenter des fixations intégrées, constituées par exemple non limitatif, par des excroissances déformables de forme sensiblement cylindrique et perpendiculaires à la base du butoir sur lesquelles sont réalisés des moyens de rétention, destinées à venir se bloquer par simple pression dans des trous de diamètre légèrement inférieur à celui des excroissances, réalisés dans le seuil. La déformation des moyens de rétention lors de l’introduction en force se fait de manière à rendre difficile, voire impossible sans rupture, l’extraction du butoir. Ce dispositif remplace avantageusement la fixation par vis et chevilles.
- La partie sur le vantail peut être une simple platine métallique, découpée et percée pour accueillir les moyens de fixation tels que vis, rivets, etc. Elle peut aussi être obtenue par les mêmes procédés (moulage, extrusion) que le butoir. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré mais non limitatif, un ou plusieurs trous oblongs permettent de régler la position en hauteur de la platine par rapport au vantail. Un trou rond permet l’immobilisation de la platine après réglage.According to particular embodiments:
