Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de dépose de fruits ou légumes sur un plateau (11) comprenant une face (13) supérieure présentant une pluralité d’alvéoles en creux adaptées pour pouvoir recevoir chacune un unique objet, deux objets placés dans deux alvéoles adjacentes juxtaposées dans un même plan étant susceptibles de venir latéralement au contact l’un de l’autre. Lors de toute étape de dépose d’au moins un objet dans au moins une alvéole (14) de réception adjacente à au moins une alvéole pleine contenant déjà un autre objet, la face (13) supérieure du plateau présente une courbure d'enveloppe vers le haut adaptée pour éviter tout contact entre les objets.
