Abstract

Procédé de synthèse de peptides ou protéines par élongation successive de la deuxième extrémité d’une chaîne peptidique dont la première extrémité est fixée sur une molécule d’ancrage soluble dans un solvant apolaire, caractérisé en ce que ladite molécule d’ancrage comporte une chaîne polyoléfine avec au moins 10 unités de monomères, et de préférence entre 15 et 50 unités.
