Abstract

Procédé d’usinage sur une broche d’un tour d’usinage (12), d’un disque de frein (2) de véhicule automobile présentant un axe principal de rotation (A), le disque (2) comportant un moyeu réalisé en tôle disposant d’une partie centrale de fixation (6) prévue pour un serrage axial entre deux appuis du véhicule, et comportant une couronne (8) surmoulée autour de ce moyeu, ce procédé comprenant : une étape de mise en place de la partie centrale du moyeu (6) entre deux flasques du tour (16, 24) comportant des surfaces représentant les deux appuis du véhicule, une étape suivante de serrage de ces flasques (16, 24) sur la partie centrale (6) par un tirant axial (18) traversant les deux flasques (16, 24), et une étape suivante d’usinage de la couronne surmoulée (8).
