Claims (7)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de surveillance d’un capteur de pression (3) dans un système d’injection (5) directe comprenant au moins une rampe commune, un capteur de pression (3) configuré pour mesurer une pression Pmes dans la rampe commune (4), une pompe haute pression (1) de carburant comprenant un piston haute pression (9) et une vanne de contrôle du débit (10) présentant une commande électrique, un circuit hydraulique (13) reliant la pompe haute pression (1) à la rampe commune (4), une unité de commande (8) configurée pour commander la vanne de contrôle du débit (10) de manière à ce que la pression Pmes dans la rampe commune soit égale à une consigne de pression, une vanne de limitation de pression (PLV) passive reliée au circuit hydraulique, configurée pour s’ouvrir dès lors que la pression dans le circuit hydraulique est supérieure à une pression seuil Pi de manière à évacuer du carburant, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes mises en oeuvre dans l’unité de commande (8) :a) détection d’une ouverture de la vanne de limitation de pression (PLV) ;b) mesure de la pression Pmes correspondant à l’instant de l’ouverture de la vanne de limitation de pression (PLV) ;c) comparaison de la pression mesurée Pmes à la pression seuil Pi afin de détecter une dérive dudit capteur de pression (3).
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on détermine l’instant de l’ouverture de la vanne de limitation de pression dans l’étape a) en mesurant une variation de la valeur de la commande électrique supérieure à 0.1 %.s’1.
- 3. Procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 à 2, dans lequel on détermine l’instant de l’ouverture de la vanne de limitation de pression dans l’étape a) en mesurant une augmentation de la valeur de la commande électrique supérieure à1% en 5 secondes.
- 4. Procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l’unité de commande (8) comprend un correcteur de type proportionnel-intégrateur-dérivateur, et dans lequel on détermine l’instant de l’ouverture de la vanne de limitation de pression dans l’étape a) en mesurant une variation d’une commande intégrateur du correcteur correspondant à une variation de débit supérieure à 100 ml.min-1.
- 5. Procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel on augmente progressivement la consigne de pression avant l’étape a).
- 6. Système d’injection directe comprenant au moins une rampe commune, un capteur de pression (3) configuré pour mesurer la pression Pmes dans la rampe commune (4), une pompe haute pression (1) de carburant comprenant un piston haute pression (9) et une vanne de contrôle du débit (10) présentant une commande électrique, un circuit5 hydraulique (13) reliant la pompe haute pression (1) à la rampe commune (4), une unité de commande (8) configurée pour commander la vanne de contrôle du débit (10) de manière à ce que la pression Pmes dans la rampe commune soit égale à une consigne de pression, une vanne de limitation de pression (PLV) passive reliée au circuit hydraulique, configurée pour s’ouvrir dès lors que la pression dans le circuit hydraulique 10 est supérieure à une pression seuil Pi de manière à évacuer du carburant, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes mises en oeuvre dans l’unité de commande (8), caractérisé en ce que l’unité de contrôle est configurée pour détecter une ouverture de la vanne de limitation de pression, mesurer de la pression Pmes correspondant à l’instant de l’ouverture de la vanne de limitation de pression et comparer la pression mesurée Pmes à 15 la pression seuil Pi afin de détecter une dérive dudit capteur de pression (3).
- 7. Système selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la pression seuil Pi est strictement supérieure à 2000 bars.
