Abstract

Pompe à engrenage pour transfert de liquide. L'invention concerne une pompe à engrenage, légère, facile à fabriquer, ayant un coût de fabrication réduit, tout en donnant des performances suffisantes. Elle est constituée de : - Un engrenage (240), - Trois plaques métalliques (210a, 210b, 210a), placées les unes sur les autres, dont une plaque intermédiaire (210b) comportant une cavité (236) en forme de huit adaptée pour loger l'engrenage (240), et deux plaques périphériques (210a, 210a) ayant pour fonction d'enfermer l'engrenage (240) dans la cavité (236), - Un circuit pour alimentation fluidique de l'engrenage (240), - Des moyens de centrage (221) pour aligner les trois plaques les unes au dessus des autres, Les trois plaques métalliques (210a, 210b, 210a) étant pourvues de trous de centrage (231) dans la direction axiale, adaptés pour recevoir les moyens de centrage (221) Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à des applications de transfert de liquides pour les automobiles ou poids lourds.
