Claims (9)

  1. Pompe à engrenages avec plusieurs roues dentées (3, 4) engrenant l'une dans l'autre pour le transport d'un fluide à transporter, qui sont maintenues de façon rotative dans un corps de pompe (1) et qui transportent le fluide à transporter d'une zone d'aspiration à une zone de refoulement du corps de pompe (1), et avec un arbre de pompe (5) pour l'entraînement d'une des roues dentées (4), dans laquelle l'arbre de pompe (5) présente une extrémité de couplage (5.1) sortant du corps de pompe (1) et dans laquelle un joint d'arbre (12), qui est disposé de façon concentrique à un alésage de palier (8.1), est maintenu à la périphérie de l'arbre de pompe (5) pour l'étanchéité du corps de pompe (1), caractérisée en ce qu'une chambre de balayage (11) entourant l'arbre de pompe (5) est formée sur le côté intérieur du joint d'arbre (12) de façon concentrique à l'alésage de palier (8.1), qui est reliée par un canal d'arrivée (13) dans le corps de pompe (1) à la zone de refoulement du corps de pompe (1) et par un canal de retour (14) dans le corps de pompe (1) à la zone d'aspiration du corps de pompe (1).
  2. Pompe à engrenages selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le canal d'arrivée (13) et/ou le canal de retour (14) débouchent respectivement dans une région d'une face de contact (15) d'une plaque de corps (1.1) du corps de pompe (1), qui coopère frontalement avec la roue dentée (4) montée sur l'arbre de pompe (5).
  3. Pompe à engrenages selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le canal d'arrivée (13) et le canal de retour (14) débouchent dans la chambre de balayage (11) avec un décalage angulaire de 180°.
  4. Pompe à engrenages selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le canal d'arrivée (13) et/ou le canal de retour (14) présente(nt) respectivement un étranglement (17.1, 17.2).
  5. Pompe à engrenages selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'étranglement est formé par un forage d'étranglement (17.1, 17.2) dans un anneau de remplissage (16), qui est associé à l'intérieur de la chambre de balayage (11) à l'embouchure du canal d'arrivée (13) et/ou à l'embouchure du canal de retour (14).
  6. Pompe à engrenages selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'anneau de remplissage (16) présente deux forages d'étranglement (17.1, 17.2) opposés l'un à l'autre, qui sont associés au canal d'arrivée (13) et au canal de retour (14).
  7. Pompe à engrenages selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le joint d'arbre (12) est maintenu par un boîtier d'étanchéité (18), qui est fixement assemblé au corps de pompe (1) et qui est traversé par l'arbre de pompe (5).
  8. Pompe à engrenages selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier d'étanchéité (18) présente un rebord de centrage (20) formant la chambre de balayage (11), qui s'engage dans une découpe de centrage (19) du corps de pompe (1) et qui maintient l'anneau de remplissage (16) en position fixée au moyen d'une nervure de maintien périphérique (16.1).
  9. Pompe à engrenages selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un deuxième joint d'arbre (22) est maintenu à l'intérieur du boîtier d'étanchéité (18) et en ce qu'une chambre de séparation (21), qui est remplie avec un fluide de séparation, est formée entre les deux joints d'arbre (12, 22) à la périphérie de l'arbre de pompe (5).
