Abstract

La présente invention concerne des polymères qui peuvent être incorporés dans des dispersions de pigment et des compositions d'encre pour jet d'encre, comprenant des monomères hydrophobes éthyléniquement insaturés et des seconds monomères choisis parmi l'anhydride maléique, l'acide maléique et des sels, esters, imides et amides de ceux-ci . Les polymères peuvent avoir une partie des seconds monomères fonctionnalisés avec au moins un groupe organique ayant une valeur d'indice de calcium supérieure ou égale à une valeur d'indice de calcium de l'acide phénylphosphonique. De manière supplémentaire et/ou alternativement, le au moins un polymère peut être réticulé via les seconds monomères. Des dispersions et des compositions d'encre pour jet d'encre comprenant de tels polymères peuvent également comprendre en outre au moins un pigment et un véhicule liquide. L'invention concerne également des procédés de fabrication de tels polymères.
