Description

The present invention is called "Easy Scratch". It is a removable, non-slip pneumatic device consisting of several identical and independent modules, easy to install, which improves the grip on muddy, snowy or icy road, which adapts to different sizes and forms of tires. (Automobile, Motorcycle, Velocycle, etc ...). The condition of roads, under the effect of snow, ice, or even mud, prevents a good adhesion of the tire of a vehicle and thus makes driving dangerous, with risks of slippage and even bogs . To this day, of course, there are several solutions and non-slip tire emergency devices. Among these best-known solutions, we first find the steel chains that come around the tires. But all the models that exist (chains with tensioners, with cables, with straps or with system of claws) are complicated to install, are impractical to transport and really work only on a well snowed ground. They are finally, according to the models, to be of the most technical and very expensive with the purchase. There is also another known anti-skid device of socks type fiber or fabric, or commonly called "socks for tires". This system comes around the tires easily. On the other hand the material of these socks made of fabric or nylon fiber does not make it possible to roll on the cleared lining, because the socks would tear quickly. Finally, the last known anti-slip systems, which could be similar to my device by their use are those that surround the tires on their sides, using relief straps or necklaces Nylon reliefs. They tighten with a steel buckle, which in use, may damage the contours of the aluminum rim and also its own nylon strap. The device of the invention is to place around the tires (which must be provided with stick or cell rims), several independent and identical soles, made of flexible rubber thickness of 3 to 5mm. These soles are provided with small reliefs molded on the underside which are in contact with the tires and on the top provided, rubber relief shapes and galvanized steel nails protruding, diameter 3mm and height about 3mm. These nails are crimped into the soft rubber sole. All these parts in relief in all directions contribute to the enhanced efficiency of the system that allows a better grip on the road, whether muddy, sandy, snowy and icy. Finally this sole is provided, in a way that can not be dismantled, at its two ends, two flat rectangular rings made of stainless steel. One of the rings is free. The other ring equipped with an elastic nylon band, sewn around this steel buckle and ending with a self gripping part ("scratch" type) will be surrounded in the steel ring left free at the other end to tighten and fasten the Velcro elastic band. This simple system, light and easy to install, will adapt to several tire sizes and different shapes. 3036323 [2] This system will include several models adaptable and compatible with several forms of tires, following a size chart. However, this system can be mounted in the number of free choice of the user depending on the type and condition of the tires and the road. The present invention recommends laying 6 elements per driving wheel for good efficiency, a set of 12 soles per vehicle or more depending on the number of driving wheels of the vehicle. This system can be considered reusable several times. However, this will depend on the condition of the roads and the frequency of use. Another advantage of this device is that it remedies the assembly, often laborious, traditional snow chains for tires. The present invention by its simplicity, is mounted around tires in a very short time, of the order of 3 minutes per wheel. It can be assembled and disassembled very easily without risk of injury with the help of the self-gripping tape, unlike other existing systems currently on the market. The invention will be all the better understood, taking note of the plans attached. On sheets from 1/3 to 3/3, the "3D" planes show numbered details of Fig. 1 to Fig. 6. The 1/3 sheet represents the invention, mounted on a wheel, seen from the inside, from the outside, from the top as well as a "zoom" of the system. Sheet 2/3 represents a "zoomed" axonometry of the system mounted on the tire. Sheet 3/3 represents the technical execution plan of the device, with a front view, side view, top view and an axonometry. Referring to these drawings, the device comprises a flexible rubber sole (1) provided with the molding of small rubber reliefs (6) underneath to adhere to the tire, and provided on its top or by rubber reliefs, of quadrangular shape (7). ) or by galvanized steel nails crimped (5) to the rubber sole. This device is fixed to the tire, using a high-strength elastic nylon band (3) attached around a stainless steel ring (2) in a seamed manner and free at its end to surround the tire and stretch the elastic band (3) so that the studded rubber sole (1) plate and adheres perfectly to the tire. To finish the assembly, it will be fixed by the self-gripping tongue (4) having made a tension loop around the stainless ring (2).

It will repeat the operation 6 times per driving wheel, as recommended, for effective use.
