1 DISPOSITIF SUPPORT DE TRINGLES, ADAPTABLE SUR LA FACE AVANT DE CAISSONS DE VOLETS ROULANTS DOMAINE TECHNIQUE DE L'INVENTION [0001 ] L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif apte à se fixer sur la face avant de caissons renfermant notamment un volet roulant, et permettant de constituer un support et/ou une fixation de barres, stores, tringles ou autre élément de suspension, sur ledit caisson. ETAT DE LA TECHNIQUE ANTERIEURE [0002]Les dispositifs connus pour la fixation de tringles sur des caissons ou coffrages, comportent généralement deux éléments de fixation qui permettent de fixer par vissage à même le caisson et/ou sur le mur duquel le caisson fait saillie. Un tel vissage nécessite donc de percer de façon définitive le caisson et/ou le mur ; cette opération peut s'avérer longue, délicate, voire difficile pour des personnes peu habituées au bricolage. De plus le caisson et/ou le mur sont ainsi pourvus de trous définitifs qui peuvent constituer une réelle dégradation. [0003]D'autres solutions sont connues ; à titre illustratif, le brevet français FR 2 961 678, divulgue un dispositif comprenant deux sous-ensembles chacun fixé sur un flan ou côté latéral du caisson. Chaque sous-ensemble comprend une barrette munie d'une série de fentes sur laquelle viennent s'accrocher deux pièces d'appui latéral, respectivement sur la face supérieure et sur la face inférieure du caisson. Une adaptation à la hauteur du caisson est ainsi possible. A partir de chaque sous-ensemble qui est ainsi serré sur le caisson, un bras support vient se fixer, à l'altitude adaptée au cas considéré ; chaque bras s'étend donc horizontalement, latéralement de part et d'autre du caisson. Une ou deux barres ou tringles sont fixées aux bras supports. Bien entendu si le coffrage est accolé ou très proche d'un mur, ce système de fixation ne peut être envisagé. De même si le coffrage est latéralement enclavé entre deux murs. [0004]11 existe donc un besoin pour un système de fixation qui soit disposé en face (frontalement) du caisson. Divers systèmes de fixation de type frontal sont 3033689 2 connus, mais ils ne sont pas adaptés au support de barres ou tringles à rideaux. Le document CN 11-137414 est un exemple. EXPOSE DE L'INVENTION [0005] L'invention vise à remédier aux inconvénients de l'état de la technique et 5 notamment à prévoir un dispositif de fixation adapté à une pose de tringles, barres ou autres éléments de suspension, notamment et avantageusement dans les cas où il n'existe pas ou peu d'espace sur le ou les côtés du caisson devant lequel la barre doit être placée. Dans la suite de ce texte, les mots « tringle » ou « barre » ou « élément de suspension » seront utilisés indifféremment pour désigner un 10 élément allongé apte à la suspension d'un rideau, voilage ou autre élément de ce type. [0006]Pour ce faire est proposé selon un premier aspect de l'invention un dispositif support de barre de suspension, adaptable notamment sur la face avant d'un caisson pour éléments de type volets roulants ; selon l'invention, le dispositif 15 comprend un premier moyen de type crochet pourvu d'au moins une première extrémité ou patte apte à être fixée directement ou indirectement sur la face supérieure horizontale dudit caisson, et d'une deuxième extrémité pour la fixation amovible d'un support de barre, ledit support de barre étant lié à un moyen d'appui en contact avec la face avant dudit caisson. 20 [0007]Ainsi le dispositif selon l'invention est entièrement disposé 'devant' le caisson ou coffrage. 'Devant' doit être compris au sens usuel du terme, lorsque l'on regarde le coffrage accroché au mur et au-dessus d'une fenêtre par exemple. Cette caractéristique permet une adaptation à différents profils de face avant du caisson, notamment à différentes inclinaisons. [0011 ]De façon intéressante, ledit moyen d'appui est collé sur la face avant du caisson. Cette caractéristique renforce la fixation et donc la capacité du support 10 selon l'invention. [0012]Avantageusement, ledit moyen d'appui est pourvu d'une mousse adhésive intercalée et en contact avec la face avant du caisson. Cet aspect permet d'absorber certaines imperfections ou irrégularités de surface de la face avant du caisson. Cet aspect confère avantageusement une sécurité supplémentaire en ce 15 qui concerne la fixation du dispositif sur un caisson ; par exemple si un choc avec un objet tend à soulever le dispositif vis-à-vis du caisson. [0013]Selon une caractéristique intéressante de l'invention, la première extrémité dudit crochet comprend au moins un premier profilé et un deuxième profilé orienté à angle droit avec le premier profilé, le deuxième profilé étant apte à reposer sur 20 la surface supérieure dudit caisson. DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE D'UN MODE DE REALISATION [0020]La figure 1 montre par une perspective un premier mode de réalisation de 5 l'invention où l'on voit le dispositif support en place sur la face avant 8 d'un caisson. Le caisson peut notamment consister en un coffrage C pour volets roulants, fixé en partie supérieure d'une ouverture telle qu'une fenêtre, baie vitrée ou autre. Le mur érigé à proximité de l'ouverture peut par ailleurs présenter un retour tel que le caisson soit en contact latéral avec ce retour ; deux retours de 10 mur peuvent aussi être présents latéralement c'est-à-dire sur les deux côtés du caisson surplombant la fenêtre. Dans de telles configurations, il n'est pas possible de fixer un dispositif support de tringles sur les côtés du coffrage. Avantageusement, la présente invention permet par une adaptation sur la face avant du caisson, de fixer et de supporter une ou plusieurs tringles ou autre 15 éléments de suspension. Cette ou ces tringle(s) permettront de suspendre un rideau ou voilage qui masquera ainsi le coffrage ainsi que la fenêtre ou baie vitrée située en dessous. [0021]La présente invention trouve en outre un intérêt dans le cas de coffrages de très grandes longueurs, sur lesquels des fixations latérales ne se révèlent 20 mécaniquement pas suffisantes pour supporter des barres ou tringles. Dans de telles options, des supports adaptables sur la face avant du coffrage sont nécessaires ; on posera deux ou plus de deux dispositifs conformes à l'invention, répartis sur la longueur du coffrage. De même lorsqu'un dispositif de manoeuvre manuel de volet roulant est fixé sur l'une des faces latérales du coffrage, cela 25 empêche toute fixation latérale d'un dispositif support de barre de suspension. A priori la paroi 31 est sensiblement horizontale tandis que la face avant 8 est sensiblement verticale ; sur la figure 1, la face avant 8 est légèrement bombée. [0027]La figure 1A précise un mode d'assemblage préféré entre la deuxième 5 extrémité 12 du crochet 1 et la paroi intermédiaire 31 du support 3. On réalise ici une liaison vissée entre ces deux éléments, grâce à la présence d'une ouverture 16 dans l'extrémité 12 placée en vis-à-vis de l'ouverture allongée 32 du support 3. Une vis 20 de liaison 34 dont la tête est préférentiellement située au-dessous de la barre 9, permet cet assemblage. [0029] Le moyen d'appui 4 peut en outre être collé sur la face avant 8 du caisson ou coffrage C. Une mousse adhésive 7 peut être intercalée entre la face avant 8 du caisson et la face du moyen d'appui 4 destinée à être en contact avec la face 25 avant 8. [0030] Le deuxième profilé 10 du premier moyen ou crochet 1 peut présenter différentes profondeurs ; l'homme de métier définira les dimensions adaptées au cas particulier. De même la dimension du premier profilé 11 sera choisie selon la profondeur de la rainure 2 et/ou sa distance vis-à-vis de la face avant 8. 3033689 8 [0031 ]Les arrangements décrits ci-avant prévoient une rainure 2 sur la face supérieure du caisson C; bien entendu tout arrangement mécanique équivalent ne sort pas du cadre de l'invention ; en particulier un rebord - ou relief positif- qui dépasse de la surface supérieure du caisson peut coopérer avec la première 5 extrémité 10, 11 du premier moyen 1 de type crochet ; une pièce complémentaire est alors prévue afin d'empêcher toute rotation ou basculement de la première extrémité. Bien entendu, le crochet 1 peut comprendre ou non une partie semi 15 cylindrique 30. [0033] La figure 7 correspond à un mode de réalisation selon lequel la patte 10, 11 et plus précisément la partie 10 est munie d'encoches 17 latérales aptes à coopérer avec des ressauts 18 issus de la surface supérieure de la cale 13. Les encoches 17 dont la forme correspond avec celle des ressauts 18 sont d'abord 20 placées au-dessus des ressauts qu'elles entourent ; puis la patte 10 est abaissée et glisse sur la surface supérieure de la cale 13 jusqu'à ce que le rebord 11 entre en contact avec le rebord arrière de la cale 13. On obtient ainsi une fixation et un maintien de la patte 10 sur la cale 13. Le support 3 est ensuite positionné sous le crochet 1, avec le moyen d'appui 4 mis en contact avec la face avant 8 du 25 caisson. On règle et on verrouille la position de serrage grâce à la vis 34 correctement placée dans la fente 32. [0034] Sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, la liaison mécanique entre la patte 10 et la cale 13 peut consister en un ou plusieurs crochets ouverts vers le fond du caisson C, qui coopèrent avec une ou plusieurs ouvertures - telles que 15 - afin 30 de créer une liaison crochetée et glissante entre ces éléments.
