Description

The present invention relates to a fastener designed to be fixed in concrete for receiving a screw for fixing an element such as sports equipment or other having a body provided in the upper part with a thread. Most existing fasteners often pose fouling problems and hence the fastener can no longer be used. Moreover if there is a wear of the thread there is no way to dismantle and replace said fixing. The object of the invention is to remove all these disadvantages. The present invention is a fastener designed to be fixed in concrete intended to receive a screw for fixing an element such as sports equipment or other having a body provided in the upper part with a tapping characterized in that the binding comprises a shutter plug adapted to translate (mounted in translation) in the tapping and in the body, said shutter plug being configured to be installed and removed after fixing said fixing in the concrete. It is also characterized in that the body has, below the tapping, a portion greater than the minimum diameter of said tapping, that the closure plug has a total length greater than the length of the tapping and that said shutter plug comprises in its lower part a retaining means of a width greater than the minimum diameter of the tapping. Also the fixing is characterized in that the shutter plug retaining means is obtained by at least one flexible portion made in the material of said plug or made by a flexible member such as an O-ring with a larger diameter than the minimum diameter of the tapping. To allow disassembly, the attachment is characterized in that the closure cap has in its upper part a gripping means. Another feature is that the shutter plug is mounted on an elastic member, such as a compression spring, positioned within the body of said attachment. In addition the attachment is characterized in that the body incorporates an expansion cone for expanding the base portion of the attachment for its maintenance in the concrete, said cone being accessible when the plug is removed. The result obtained with this invention is a fastener always closed which can be cleaned and in the case of a fastening with an expansion cone this said fastener can be disassembled and replaced. The following description is given by way of indicative and nonlimiting example with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 shows in front view a fastening with an expansion cone (1). Figure 2 shows in section the fixing of Figure 1. Figure 3 shows in perspective the shutter plug (4) of Figure 1. Figure 4 shows in front view a fastener to be fixed by chemical sealing.

FIG. 6 shows in perspective the shutter plug (4) of FIG. 3. FIG. 1 shows a fastener composed of a body (2) and an expansion cone (1), these parts being made of steel, stainless steel or aluminum. Figure 2 being a section of Figure 1 we see the inside of said attachment. Indeed we can see in its upper part the thread (3) which is made in this model for a twelve diameter screw. We also see the shutter plug (4) made of plastic type PVC or POM for example as well as the elastic member (8) which is a compression spring and in the lower part of the fixation we see the expansion cone (1 ) provided with a thread (9) made in this model of attachment for a screw of diameter ten. For the installation, a hole with a diameter and a depth corresponding to the said fixing must first be drilled in concrete, the shutter plug (4) and the elastic member (8) must be removed by removing the cone (1 ) or from above the fixing by pulling the plug (4) by means of gripping means (7). Then you have to put a screw of diameter ten in the fixation and screw it to the cone of expansion (1) so that it is against the body (2) of the fixation then to position this one in the hole made for this purpose and to tighten strongly the ten diameter screw. After tightening the lower part of the fastener has spread against the concrete cylindrical wall of the hole under the effect of the expansion cone and the fixing is fixed to the concrete. It remains more than to disassemble the screw of diameter ten for laying and reposition the elastic member (8) and the shutter plug (4) in the body of said attachment. We also see the part (5) below the tapping (3) which allows the translation of the shutter plug (4). Indeed the shutter plug (4) to a length greater than the length of the thread (3) and it comprises in the lower part a retaining means (6) made for this model of attachment by an O-ring diameter greater than the diameter minimum tapping (3) of the fastener. The portion (5) of the body (2) of the fastener being greater than the minimum diameter of the thread (3), this forms an internal shoulder (12) in the body (2) which serves as a stop for the retaining means (6) shutter plug (4). Indeed to position the shutter plug (4) in the fastener fixed in the concrete must be screwed or push in the thread (3) until its retaining means (6) arrives in the part (5) of the body of the binding and under the force of the resilient means (8) said shutter plug is positioned flush with the top of the binding. For disassembly of the shutter plug (4) it is sufficient to pull it with a gripper by its gripping means (7) which are blind holes made on the upper face of said plug. It is understood that if there is a wear of the thread (3) can be removed and replace the fixing by proceeding in the opposite way to the pose. FIG. 3 shows in perspective the shutter plug (4), the gripping means (7) and the retaining means (6) which in this method of manufacture are shown by an O-ring positioned in a groove made in the lower part. of said plug.

In Figure 4 there is a fixing to be fixed by chemical sealing, its body (2) being made of steel, stainless steel or aluminum for example provided with circular notches (10). FIG. 5 is a sectional view of FIG. 4 and shows the inside of said attachment. Indeed we can see in its upper part the thread (3) which is made in this model for a twelve diameter screw. Have also seen the shutter plug (4) made of plastic type PVC or POM for example and the elastic member (8) which is a compression spring. For the installation of this fastener must first drill in concrete a hole of a diameter and a depth corresponding to said fixing. You must then screw a twelve diameter screw into the thread (3), position a chemical sealing cartridge in the hole, then position the fastener over it, break the cartridge and screw the fastener to the level of the concrete. After drying the chemical glue, the twelve-diameter screw can be removed and the fastener is ready for use. The tapered portion (11) of the body of the fastener serves to break the chemical seal cartridge and contributes to the proper mixing of the adhesive. FIG. 6 shows in perspective the shutter plug (4) which has in part the base of the retaining means (6) made in this method of manufacture in the material of said plug and in the upper part it has the gripping means (7) so as to to be able to remove it from said fixing for cleaning for example. It will be understood that the mounting of the closure plug is carried out in the same way as for FIGS. 1 and 2, the retaining means (6) being made flexible apart from the slots (13) made in the material of said plug.
