Abstract

The method involves carrying out specific machining on insulating panels for passage of ducts, and suppressing thermal bridges on an assembly of the panels by polymerizing the panels with technical certifications to meet the requirements of passive construction of panels suitable for building on a ground floor or a first floor. Traditional exterior and interior finishes are directly applied on the panels with fully recyclable materials, without prior preparation.

TABLE OF CONTENTS. TABLE OF CONTENTS. 2 I. Principles of the Pi2P system "All in ONE" 3 Il. "All in One" The Prefabricated Carrier Insulated Panel (Pi2P) system provides home builders with an industrial solution that is simple to implement, highly energy efficient and economical. The principle is to assemble modules "all-in-one" to obtain a hermetic housing by creating an envelope devoid of thermal bridges. This result was achieved by the development of an industrial process leading us to assemble particle wood panels to rigid insulation panels, whose machining is dissociated. This latter feature provides a number of advantages over other existing systems: - Extremely precise adjustments through final machining of elements. - The assembly of Pi2P structured panels between them by polymerization of the insulation eliminates the thermal bridges. - The bonding of wood panels to PU foam remains homogeneous and controllable, unlike the technique of blowing the foam between the supports. - A perfect homogeneity of the insulating layer which is calibrated before bonding. - Pre-machining in PU foam boards by grooving before assembly by bonding to the wood panel, creates a technical vacuum for the passage of electrical / water ducts. II. Pi2P modules 1. Basic module. The Pi2P module (sandwich panel) consists of two wooden panels bonded to a PU foam cell constituting the insulation. The machining of the PU insulation board, is done upstream of the assembly, which makes it possible to control the perfect homogeneity of its adhesion to the wood panels. The length of the Pi2P modules can be variable as well as the thickness of the insulation, in response to certain constructive or climatic constraints. Figure 1 wall cut Pi2P; the wall is assembled on the floor by screwing and gluing. The disbursement of 35mm of insulation made in the factory comes to fit on a low rail fixed itself on the bearing slab. The same machining is performed on the upper part of Pi2P panels to receive the chaining bar.
