Siège (1) de véhicule automobile comprenant : - un rail fixe (2) destiné à être fixé au sol dudit véhicule, - un rail mobile (3) monté en translation longitudinale sur ledit rail fixe entre une position extrême reculée et une position extrême avancée, - une embase (4) saillante vers le haut et solidaire de l'arrière dudit rail mobile, - un montant de dossier (5) monté en rotation en partie supérieure de ladite embase selon un premier axe (6) transversal, de façon à pouvoir être mobile entre une position sensiblement verticale d'utilisation et une position sensiblement horizontale de rabattement, - un montant d'assise (7) monté en rotation par rapport audit montant de dossier selon un deuxième axe (8) transversal disposé entre le haut dudit montant de dossier et ledit premier axe, - une bielle avant (9) dont une première extrémité est montée en rotation selon un troisième axe (10) transversal à l'avant dudit montant d'assise et dont la deuxième extrémité est montée en rotation selon un quatrième axe (11) transversal à l'avant dudit rail mobile, - un moyen de verrouillage réversible dudit rail mobile par rapport audit rail fixe, ledit moyen de verrouillage étant agencé pour se déverrouiller par rabattement dudit montant de dossier et pour se verrouiller à nouveau lorsque ledit dossier est en position de rabattement, - un moyen de rappel qui est monté solidaire d'une part dudit rail fixe et d'autre part de l'avant dudit montant d'assise, de manière, lorsque ledit rail mobile est avancé au-delà de ladite position extrême reculée, à provoquer le recul dudit rail mobile par rapport audit rail fixe par rabattement dudit montant de dossier, ledit siège étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre : - un patin (12) s'étendant le long dudit rail fixe, - un suiveur (13) de patin associé à ladite bielle avant,ledit patin et ledit suiveur étant respectivement agencés pour empêcher respectivement permettre - la mise dudit dossier en position de rabattement tant que ledit rail mobile n'a pas atteint - respectivement lorsque ledit rail mobile a atteint - sa position extrême reculée, de manière à ne permettre le verrouillage dudit moyen de verrouillage qu'après recul complet dudit siège. REVENDICATIONS1. Seat (1) for a motor vehicle comprising: - a fixed rail (2) intended to be fixed to the ground of said vehicle, - a movable rail (3) mounted in longitudinal translation on said fixed rail between a remote extreme position and an extreme end position - a base (4) protruding upwardly and secured to the rear of said movable rail, - a backrest (5) rotatably mounted in the upper portion of said base according to a first axis (6) transverse, so as to able to be movable between a substantially vertical position of use and a substantially horizontal position of folding, - a seat post (7) rotatably mounted relative to said backrest member according to a second transverse axis (8) disposed between the top of said backrest post and said first axis, - a front connecting rod (9) whose first end is rotatably mounted along a third axis (10) transverse to the front of said seat post and whose second end is t mounted in rotation along a fourth axis (11) transverse to the front of said movable rail, - a reversible locking means of said movable rail relative to said fixed rail, said locking means being arranged to unlock by folding said file amount and to lock again when said backrest is in the folding position, - a return means which is mounted integral on the one hand with said fixed rail and on the other side with the front of said seat post, so, when said movable rail is advanced beyond said retracted extreme position, causing said movable rail to recoil with respect to said fixed rail by folding said backrest post, said seat being characterized in that it further comprises: - a shoe ( 12) extending along said fixed rail, - a track follower (13) associated with said front link, said shoe and said follower respectively being arranged to respectively prevent - the placing of said backrest in the folding position until said movable rail has reached - respectively when said movable rail has reached - its extreme rearward position, so as to allow locking of said locking means only after complete retreat of said seat. 2.
