Description
The invention relates to a wall equipped, monobloc, self-supported by wheels, having a manual or remote controlled mobility, supporting a screen and provided with an amount equipped with electrical and network connections.
The technical field of this invention is the arrangement of work spaces in various ways and adapted to the needs of its user and the layout of indoor spaces for homes and apartments of individuals.
Such removable partitions are known in different embodiments. In a first well known embodiment, the vertical and horizontal beams are assembled by welding. The frames thus formed are arranged in series in a continuous removable partition and they are assembled to one another by means of special fastening elements. A profiled rail is in turn hooked to bolts housed in tubes. The profiled rail further has a series of holes facing forward, in which hooks engage. For the various application cases, it is necessary to store a large number of different individual frames. The movable separating elements are generally constituted by a perforated plane or not. They must to ensure a sufficiently stable support to be fixed by drilling on the ground. There are modular panels of the type of patent EP 0 583 527 which are also deformable. They can be used in particular for the delimitation of personalized spaces intended for use of the "office" type; but all these systems have several drawbacks, namely in the first place their lack of elegance or aesthetics despite their high price, stability associated with large brackets protruding laterally not ensuring the protection of the feet of users who can tumble over , their lack of attraction being neutral and limited in movement as well as unpleasant to the touch. Moreover, their lack of mobility delimits a restricted doorway opening of the users who can also cause small injuries such as headaches. In other words, they have technical characteristics that prohibit their interchangeability from one structure to another. In addition, most of the panels essentially fulfill a function of visual separation, even sound of a workstation compared to neighboring stations. They are therefore presented in the form of simple vertical partitions covered with a decor allowing their integration not harmonious to the environment including the rest of the elements constituting the office. As the case may be, the vertical surface facing the user may have characteristics of tackability, or even include attachment means accessories that the user would like to keep at hand. In particular, there is a clear deficit in the connectivity-related functions of all the appliances requiring energy or exchanging data, which is becoming increasingly common in offices. The management of the passage of the cables between the space below the worktop and the floor being in particular carried out most often randomly and unsafe. The lack of mobility of the panels complicates the cleaning action under these panels and are likely to cause hygiene problems due to lack of cleaning under their panels surface. The invention proposes to remedy all these disadvantages; by implementing a universal solution in its application, and innovative in its functions. It makes it possible to avoid all civil engineering works likely to entail additional and expensive costs. This invention provides the possibility of integrating a screen in a partition. This partition is placed around the desks and allows due to its shape and its autostability to separate and isolate the different workspaces. The partition with integrated and swivel screen makes it possible to instantly transform the individual workspace into a meeting room, in this case the partitions pivot outwards to enlarge the work space to which additional chairs and tables can be added. Partitions can receive one or more screens as needed. The invention by its mobile partition transparency, allows a rapid opening and modularity of space, making the work area bright, it contributes to a comfortable working environment with good sound insulation. This prevents large cable connections between a computer and an overhead projector or a television screen. In addition, the movable partition offers great possibilities for variation for instant grouping and the arrangement of partition walls of workspaces. Each workspace created by this invention limits the number of cables present in the environment of the user and combines via a convenient and reliable system an additional working comfort. Thanks to this connection minimized and grouped in the only amount, the panels can be connected to each other by a single cable at the same time serving as an electrical relay and this without additional additions to the environment. This assembly without additional wall outlets, allows to change in various variations panels between them as to their arrangement, and this without editing work difficult. This assembly can even be performed by unqualified personnel. The need to spontaneously create spaces and sub-spaces according to the nature of activities requires, for this purpose, the use of versatile elements, easy to modulate and very stable to be used safely. Consequently, the present invention proposes to provide a new type of mobile separation, modular very stable, without drilling the soil that would alter the seal, simple design, inexpensive and fun, the mobility of the panel is obtained at choice, manually or automatically using a remote control, which allows the user with a click of the remote control to change its environment. Its assembly only requires the use of a hex key only. The present invention aims to substantially broaden the functions offered by the vertical partition panels on the basis that, so far, the space around the workstations is little or badly used, and hardly allows the occupant to customize it. to meet his specific needs using the latest generation technology means. The innovation lies in the fact that it is the partition that moves in relation to fixed installations of offices. Each element composing the movable separable modular assembly can be used independently of each other, moreover, the arcuate geometric aspect of this assembly encourages usability. Innovation to a design with a non-damaging profile and protecting the electrical elements from moisture (cleaning the floors). It ensures good stability and continuous adhesion during the movement of the entire partition on the floor.
To better understand the invention proposed here, here are some technical features to better describe it. The invention makes it possible to separate offices or workplaces or living areas by one or more transparent or opaque partition (s) provided with a handle (11). , motorized (12) and / or semi-spherical wheels (5), a cable cover sheath (8), with two screen supports (9) or without, a hollow upright (3), with or without holding arm ( 37), electrical cables (13) (44), blocks of the electrical connection sockets (6) (17) and network (14) (15) (16). The invention is a stable monoblock, self-supported by the wheels and mobile. The partition (1) is made of a composite material, glass or plastic rigid and or mixed with steel sheet edge, indicative thickness 10mm, with a height indicative of 1700mm. It has a curvature that is a function of the circumference of the environment of use of the device, indicatively 3/8 of the perimeter of the contour that surrounds the space to be developed. The partition (1) is thus arched which increases its rigidity and its holding in a vertical position and ensures its equilibrium stability. It can thus accommodate the screen supports (9) and a screen (10) without deforming or losing balance. The handle (11) is mechanically fixed to the partition (1). It allows to be the point of maneuver to rotate the partition (1) on the spherical wheels (5) in the position desired by the user (50). The partition (1) rests on three semi-spherical wheels (5). Two semi-spherical wheels (5) are placed at the ends of the partition (1). A so-called central spherical wheel (2) is placed at its center. The latter can also be a cylindrical motorized wheel block (12). Electrical cables (13) are provided in the upright (3) and passes over the upper edge of the partition (1). A cable cover (8) hides the electrical cables passing over the upper edge of the partition (1) for their maintenance, security and design. This cable cover sheath (8) is a profiled plastic element with longitudinal edges bent inwards. The semi-spherical wheels (5) are plastic for low adhesion and allow multi-directional movement of the partition (1). The semi-spherical wheels (5) are assembled with a needle roller stop (30) mounted in a bore hole and counterbore of their support (4). The semi-spherical wheels (5) are fixed in their upper parts by nuts (28) placed in a counterbore hole above the support (4) and embedded in the lower part of the groove (33). The semi-spherical wheels (5) have a vertical clearance clearance which allows them to rotate freely in the supports (4). The supports (4) have grooves (33) at their upper parts, for the passage of the partition (1) which is held by screws (24) passing through the lateral holes of the supports (4). The motorized wheel block (12) is an assembly of a motor housing (18) covered with a protection (25) made of steel or plastic, inside which is fixed an electric motor (23) associated with a cylindrical wheel (19) mounted on an axle (54) attached to the bottom of the crankcase (18). The cylindrical wheel (19) is made of rubber material for better adhesion. The motorized wheel block (12) also comprises a servomotor (32) which receives the pulses of a remote control (45) by means of an antenna (31) placed on the crankcase protection (18), and transforms them into electromechanical energy for controlling remote movement of the partition (1). The motorized wheel block (12) allows a motorized and automated movement of the partition (1) and this movement is in synchronism with the two spherical half-wheels (5) placed at the ends of the partition (1). This motorized wheel block (12) is an option proposed for the invention to facilitate the movement of the whole partition (1) by the user (50) and this option replaces in this case the central spherical wheel ( 2). The electric motor (23) is powered by a rechargeable battery (26). The transmission of the rotational movement between the wheel (19) and the electric motor (23) is provided by a pinion (21) and a conical wheel (20). A spring (53) limiting the effort torque of the electric motor (23) is placed on its axis, and the electric motor (23) is held by the motor support (22). An electrical supply cable (13) connects the system to the EDF network and supplies the electrical systems present therein. In order to be able to place the device as an electrical relay with the environment, a network cable (44) is additionally required. The amount (3) is composed of two distinct parts, two grip blocks (6) placed respectively at the top and bottom of the latter, a cover (7). Each socket block (6) is equipped with two electrical connection jacks (17) integrated in the upright (3), a VGA (15) power supply (10), an HDMI jack (14) and a connection socket fast of a screen (15). The amount (3) is already pre-assembled with the sockets. A cover (7) at the top of the upright (3) serves to maintain the assembly of the two parts of the upright (3) (see FIG.8 and FIG.9). The screen (10) is carried by two screen supports (9) suspended on the upper border of the partition if the user wishes to have a screen (10). Each screen support (9) is provided with two hinges (43) at their bottom to prevent slippage of the support on the partition (1). Rubber covers (35) cover the inside of the screen supports (9) so that the screen does not slide and is well maintained between the two screen supports (9) placed on either side. The position of two screen supports (9) makes it possible to obtain the spacing adapted to the size of the screen (10). In the upper part of each screen support (9), a U-shaped support is the hook of the screen support (9) on the partition (1). A protective rubber (35) against scratches and sliding is present on the lower part inside this screen support (9) and adapts to the shape of the screen (10). The screen (10) can have different dimensions. The partition (1) may have a holding arm in its lower part under the upright (3) to allow additional movements of rotation. The holding arms (37) are associated with the upright (3) of the partition (1) via the semi-spherical wheel (5) and thus form at this level a pivot connection (47) at the level of the upright (3). At the other end of the holding arm (37), it is associated with a clamping jaw (29) by a pivot connection (48). The clamping jaw is made of a hollow body of steel or plastic, it has in its hollow a rubber coating added or vulcanized. And the second closure body of the clamping jaw (29) is a clamping clip (36) pivotally mounted on the clamping jaw (29) via links (39). The clamping clip (36) has in its hollow a stop (40) with a rounded plastic or steel edge. The rotation of the clip around the element to be tightened (41) which causes the crushing of the rubber (38) causes a tight grip with no relative sliding of the entire clamping jaw (29) and the clip ( 36) and whatever the material of the tight element. In addition, the clamping jaw (29) located at the end of the holding arm (37), allows holding with the element (eg office stand (55)) to which the clamping jaw (29) is connected. An electromagnet locking finger (49) is integrated in each of the pivots (47) (48) of the holding arm (37). These locking electromagnet fingers (49) create successive blockages of the pivots (47) (48) either at the level of the upright (3) or at the jaw, and allow to obtain a precise positioning of the partition (1) if the central wheel (2) is replaced by the motorized wheel block (12) and the holding arm (37) is present. These blocking pivots (47) (48) make it possible to freeze any position of the partition (1) by rendering it rigid as a whole and by this effect of the chains of connections, the partition (1) becomes homokinetic it is that is, single-body relative to the element attached to the level of the clamping jaw (37). To facilitate the passage of the cables coming from the element to be clamped (41) towards the lower socket block (6) of the upright (3), a chute (42) provided with a closing cap is provided on the upper part of the holding arm (37). The replacement of the central spherical wheel (2) by a motorized wheel block (12) is not dependent on the presence of the holding arm (37). The invention is a stable monoblock, self-supported by the wheels. The choice is up to the user to choose a manual movement via the handle (11) by having a half-spherical wheel in the center of the partition or remotely remote control the partition (1) using the remote control (45) with in the center of the partition a motorized wheel block (12). The invention is a pre-assembled set. The user will only have to assemble via a key hexagon the partition (1) with the upright (3), the wheels, the cable protection sheath (8), the holding arm (37) if present , and place the screen supports (9) if requested. The configurations of the partitions (1) can be preprogrammed and stored according to the various desired configuration positions. In the case where several partitions (1) are necessary, the power supply cables (44) can connect the partitions (1) to each other, which forms an electrical network relay and makes it possible to avoid the multiplicity and the presence electrical outlets in the premises. This type of relay is also valid for the computer network that can connect a single server to the input of a first partition (1). In this case, the external power supply cables of the network (46) are also necessary. The invention makes it possible to create an environment adapted to the user at will by combining several partitions with each other. For example, it can create workspaces as shown in the figures (FIGS. 24 to 35) and / or an environment for individuals (FIGS. 36 to 37).
To illustrate the invention, here is the description of the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 (FIG. 1) is a general view of the invention.
L'invention est reliée au réseau électrique et network via des câbles (44) et (46).The partition (1) is provided with a handle (11), two screen supports (9) for accommodating a screen of different dimensions (10). This partition (1) rests at its base on several types of wheels. The first wheel is half spherical type (5) placed under a post (3), the second is a motorized wheel or not (2) as for the third, it is also a half-spherical wheel (5) placed at the other end of the partition (1) under the handle (11). In the upright (3), two locations with blocks electrical and computer (6) and protective cover (7) of the amount (3) are presented. To connect the screen (10), electrical cables are present along the upright and on the upper edge of the partition (1). To make it more aesthetic, a cable cover (8) has been added to this border. At the base of the upright, a holding arm (37) is present to connect the invention to an office-type external element and thereby create pivotal connections between the partition and the foot of the office. The invention is connected to the network and network via cables (44) and (46).
It has a system of a stop (40) placed inside the clip (36). A link (39) provides the pivot connection for the closing movement opening of the clamping jaw (29) around the element to be clamped (41). To adhere to this element (41) and ensure a good tightening, a rubber coating (38) is present in the clamping jaw (29). An arm (37) carries the clamping jaw (29). A pivot connection (48) is present between the holding arm (37) and the clamping jaw (29), in which same connection (48) is integrated an electromagnet stop finger (49).
The difference between FIG. 2 (FIG. 2) is that the clip (36) of the clamping jaw is in the closed position.
At one end of the holding arm (37), an electromagnet locking finger (49) is integrated in each of the pivots (47) (48) of the holding arm (37). These electromagnet locking fingers (49) create successive blockages of the pivots (47) (48) either at the level of the upright (3) or at the jaw (29), and allow positioning to be obtained. precise partition (1) if the central wheel (2) is replaced by the motorized wheel block (12) and the holding arm (37) is present.
