Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a stackable metal container for the cultivation of mushrooms. It has applications in the field of the agricultural industry. In the agricultural field of mushroom cultivation, important technical evolutions, both in terms of equipment and practices, have been carried out in particular in order to reduce labor hardship and costs. Thus it has been proposed to cultivate mushrooms in containers that can be handled by machines, including forklifts, and can be used in culture conditions with a high density of space occupation. of culture, thanks to the stacking of the containers. These containers are made by assembling metal elements generally welded together. The forces and mechanical stresses are therefore transmitted between the various elements by the welds and if the latter drop the strength of the container is compromised. These metal containers are subjected to quite difficult environmental conditions, especially moisture, and corrosion phenomena can occur, especially in the weld areas. In addition, during their handling, they undergo significant mechanical stress because they contain the mushroom culture medium which represents a significant weight, and / or stacking. In addition, they are generally quite large and the overhangs as well at rest, during culture, as during handling by forklift forks, are important. This results in risks of deformation or even destructuring that can have unfortunate consequences especially with regard to the staff who handles them. Finally, if during handling by staff, the latter may perceive stacking and / or structural defects and take measures accordingly, some of the manipulations can be automated and, then, there is more safeguards to avoid the harmful effects of a deformation or destructuring of containers that will get worse.
The present invention provides means for increasing the strength of such containers through a particular architecture of the container elements, particularly at the level of the areas where the various metal elements of the container are assembled together. The invention thus relates to a stackable metal container for mushroom cultivation, said substantially parallelepipedic container having a horizontal bottom, four vertical peripheral walls and four vertical feet at its four corners, each peripheral wall consisting of an assembly of metal bars. upper end of each foot having a vertical interlocking rod extending upwardly the upper end of said foot and the lower part of each foot having the shape of a hollow tube of square or rectangular section of height determined with respect to the lower end of said foot and being internally receptive to an interlocking rod of a lower container in a stack, said foot continuing above the lower part in the form of a hollow tube through an upper part open laterally towards the inside of the container and section V which is square, the bottom being attached to the lower end of the upper part of each foot, thus against the upper end of the lower part of the foot which is in the form of a hollow tube, and the peripheral walls being fixed to the feet above the fixing of the bottom, the metal bars of the assemblies of the peripheral walls being fixed against the two internal faces of the upper V-section of the feet. According to the invention, the upper part of each foot comprises at each end of the two branches of the V an inward flap, the flap being absent at the arrival of each metal bar assemblies of the peripheral walls in areas called passage zones and the lower edge and / or the upper edge bordering the corresponding passage zone of said flap respectively applying against the upper edge and / or lower of said corresponding metal bar. The term applies to be understood in the industrial context of the manufacture of such containers: if, ideally, the [upper or lower] edge of the flap touches [the lower or upper edge respectively of] the metallic element, In practice, this edge is very close and / or, in one embodiment, a weld is made between said edge and the corresponding metal element to fill any space.
In various embodiments of the invention, the following means can be used alone or in any technically possible combination, are employed: the flap is also absent at the bottom inlet and the lower edge bordering the corresponding passage zone of said flap is applied against the upper edge of the bottom, the foot is an assembly of a V section section having flaps, placed on the outer side of the container, with a simple V section section, placed inside the container in the lower part of said foot to form the tube form of said lower part, the V-shaped section with flaps having a height corresponding to the height of the foot and the simple V-shaped section having a height corresponding to the height of the lower part of the foot, the flaps go down to the lower end of the foot and the single V-shaped section is fixed towards the inside of the section section. V having flaps, - the foot is one-piece, - the one-piece foot is machined, - the foot is an assembly of a hollow tube of square or rectangular section forming the lower part of said foot and a sectional section 20 V overlapping at least partially the hollow tube and of which at least a portion corresponding to the upper part of said foot comprises the flaps, - the V section section is fixed on the outside of the hollow tube, - the V section section is fixed on the inside of the hollow tube, - the flaps of the profile continue downward, at the hollow tube, 25 - the assembly and fixing of the metal elements of the container between them are provided by welding or brazing, - the metal elements of the container are treated anticorrosion, - the bottom consists of an assembly of metal bars, - the bottom is fixed on the upper end of the lower part of the foot in the form of hollow tube, - the metal bars of the p peripheral arches and / or bottom sections are selected from circular [round], semi circular [half or quarter round], square, rectangular, I [cross section], L, T, U, tubular circular or square or rectangular.
Compared to traditional containers in which there is no stop above and / or below the welded bars on the feet and in which in case of breakage of the weld nothing can block the bar desoldered, the container of the The present invention has a much higher level of security and strength. Indeed, because there is one / the flaps [and even the upper end of the lower part of the foot for the bottom elements] applying to the top and / or bottom of each bar, the latter remains blocked at less for vertical displacements even though the weld has dropped. In addition, because of the presence of these flaps blocking the bars, the distribution of the transmission of forces and stresses at the welded joints bars-feet is different compared to traditional containers and the risk of breakage of joints / solder nets more reduced. The invention will be better understood, thanks to the following description, which relates to a preferred embodiment, given by way of non-limiting example, and explained with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. In perspective view of a stackable container according to the invention for the cultivation of mushrooms, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a corner of the container from inside the latter, FIG. a corner of the container from the outside of the container, and FIG. 4 is a view, inside the container, of the V-shaped section with flaps implemented in the container of FIG. 3. The example of FIG. embodiment which will now be described corresponds to a container with feet each obtained by assembling a profile section V-shaped section 22 having flaps 23, placed on the outer side of the container, with a section 21 of V section simple, placed inside the cont eneur, in the lower part of the foot. Thus, the lower part of the foot, in the form of a hollow tube, is in fact a hollow tube reconstituted in this example. In Figure 1, the metal container 1 of substantially rectangular shape has at its four corners, four feet 2, on which are fixed a horizontal bottom 3 and four peripheral walls 4 vertical. This container 1 results from the assembly of metal elements together, essentially in the form of elongate bars of various shapes: tubes, profiles I, L and U essentially. The bottom and the peripheral walls are perforated. The upper end of each leg 2 is extended upwards by a vertical interlocking rod 20 which is intended to come into the lower end 24 in the form of a hollow tube of the corresponding foot of a container stacked above. In FIG. 2, the structure of each peripheral wall 4 is more precisely distinguished in the vicinity of each foot 2 with an upper U-shaped bar 41, an I-shaped sloping intermediate bar 42 or a tubular bar 44 depending on whether the wall is on the small or long side and a lower bar 43 L which is also in relation to the bottom because of the return of L. The foot 2 has a tubular lower portion of approximately square section, extending upwardly by an upper portion open towards the inside of the container and V-shaped section, the bars of the V being extended by flaps 23 inward / convergent. The lower bars 43 are attached to the upper end of the lower part of the foot 2 and therefore rest in part on this upper end. As indicated, the foot is an assembly of a profile section V 22 having flaps 23, placed on the outer side of the container, with a profile 21 of simple V-section placed on the inside of the container. The single V-shaped profile 21 has a height corresponding to the height of the lower part of the foot. The profile 22 V with flaps 23 has a height corresponding to the total height of the foot. In addition, in this example, the flaps 23 are extended over the entire height of the V-shaped section 22 with flaps, except in the passage areas of the bars. As a result, each flap is formed of several sections separated by zones of passage of wall bars and / or bottom. With these flaps and the passage of the bars in these passage zones lined at the top and / or bottom by the flaps, the bars are better held by the top and / or bottom. Welds are made between these different metal elements to secure them together.
Figure 3 shows the previously described elements but this time from the outside. We see that thanks to the presence of the flaps, a better resistance of the whole is obtained, resulting in a lower risk of deformation or destructuring under stress.
Figure 4 provides a better view of the different flap sections 23 at both ends of the V profile 22 and the passage areas between these sections or upper end of the lower leg. It is well understood that the invention can be declined according to many other possibilities without departing from the scope defined by the description and the claims. Thus, even if in the example presented, the foot is for its lower part a reconstituted hollow tube and is open laterally inwards at the top, the invention also applies to a hollow tube monoblock [lower part of the foot] attached to a V-shaped profile with flaps [at the top of the foot] or to a hollow monobloc tube machined to open laterally [leaving flaps] at the top. As another example, in embodiments, some of the bars are bordered only one side [upper or lower] by a flap. Similarly, if we have described peripheral walls formed by the assembly of metal bars, we also consider the case of continuous peripheral walls formed of an expanded sheet [possibly openwork] but, in this case, it is understood that towards the foot where the sheet is fixed, the vertical lateral end edge of the sheet will be indented so that there is actually a flap at this level, at least one flap section depending on the number of indentations (s) passing through the sheet. / the passage zones, the indentations of the edge of the sheet passing through the passage zones to be fixed against the corresponding inner face of the upper V-section of the feet. Finally, in variants, a weld bead and / or a metal plate is welded flanged edge by passing in a bridge over the opening bar passage to close the latter laterally.
