Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fastening device for a panel integrated in a coating, in particular roofing or facade, or another type of integrable panel, for example an advertising panel or a solar panel. Current panels, when provided integrated into a liner, require the support to be fitted around the panel. In particular, in the case of solar panels integrated into a roof, neighboring roofing elements (tiles, slates or other) must be cut to size to allow integration of the panel. In addition, specific means must be provided to ensure a seal between the panel and the rest of the coating, particularly in the case of a roof. This device is usually integrated in a panel frame. The invention aims to provide fastening means adapted to the installation of such a panel, preferably not visible and creating an air gap between the panel and the one covering it. The invention proposes a panel intended to be integrated with a coating formed of overlapping plates, in particular slate plates, characterized in that it comprises a plate forming a purge, false-purge and covering for the panel, an orifice fastener passing through the thickness of the false-purge or overlay, preferably the thickness of the false-purge. - 2 The orifice is advantageously provided for introducing a fastener comprising a housing for the head of a screw provided for fixing the panel to a support, for example a wooden support. When the plates are arranged in a substantially constant transverse module, the panel advantageously has a transverse dimension substantially equal to an integer multiple of said module, so that it is possible to integrate the panel without changing the position of the adjacent plates of the coating. The number of ports may be equal to the integer multiple of the module minus one. In a particular embodiment, the transverse dimension t of the panel is substantially equal to five modules. The invention proposes a part for fixing a panel of a coating, in particular a roofing or facade covering, for example an integrable solar panel, the panel being formed in particular of a first plate provided with a bore therethrough according to its thickness, characterized in that it comprises: - a bowl of outside diameter at most equal to the inside diameter of the borehole, the bowl being provided for housing the head of a fixing screw and to rest said head, at least indirectly , on a bottom of the bowl, and - a collar disposed at the periphery of an upper edge of the bowl and adapted to come between the first plate and a second plate, overlapping the first plate. Advantageously, the flange has a thickness to create an air gap and limit the rise by capillarity between the first and the second plate. Preferably, the thickness, under the flange, is sufficient so that the panel thus fixed does not exert pressure on a panel that it covers. Thus, advantageously, the thickness under the flange is at least equal to twice the thickness of the plate of a panel. The part can be substantially of revolution about an axis. It may include an axial hole for the passage of the screw through the bottom.
The flange may advantageously have a substantially frustoconical shape, widening radially as one approaches axially in the direction of the bottom, while preferably having a constant thickness. Thus, the flange can form with the axis an angle which is between eighty and eighty-seven degrees, preferably eighty-five degrees. In addition, the part may comprise ribs for continuous support of the screw head on the bottom of the bowl. It may also comprise at least one gadroon, preferably three gadroons, extending in an axial direction and disposed on an outer surface of the bowl. In the present description, the term longitudinal qualifies what is in the direction of the local slope of a roof, and the term transversal qualifies what is perpendicular to this slope. Several embodiments of the invention will be described hereinafter, by way of non-limiting examples, with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view of a solar panel according to the invention ; Figure 2 illustrates a roof in which are integrated three panels such as that shown in Figure 1; Figure 3 is a longitudinal view of the panel of Figure 1; Figure 4 is a section along a slope of a roof carrying solar panels such as that of Figure 1; FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the detail VI of FIG. 4, illustrating a method of attachment according to the invention, of a panel, with the aid of a fastening part according to the invention; FIG. 6 is a sectional view of the piece illustrated in detail in FIG. 5; - Figure 7 is a perspective view in section of another embodiment of a fastener; and Figure 8 is a perspective view from below of a fastener according to Figure 6 or 7. Figure 1 is a schematic view, from above, of a solar panel 1 according to the invention. The panel 1 is intended to be integrated in a roof 2 of which a pan 2 is shown in Figure 2. The roof consists essentially of three juxtaposed cover plates slate type. Each panel 1 is intended to be integrated between two slates or between two panels, or between a slate and a panel which are adjacent thereto transversely or longitudinally. Each slate 3 to current is substantially rectangular, a depth P3 measured according to the slope and a width, measured transversely to this slope equal to a module M3. Particular slates, different in size, can be provided in particular places of the roof, especially on the banks. The structure of a panel according to the invention will first be described, in particular with reference to FIGS. 1 and 3. Each panel 1 consists mainly of a glass plate 4, without frame, substantially rectangular and of thickness E4 substantially constant. The length L1 and the depth P1 of the panel 1 are equal to the length and the depth of the plate 4. The length L 1 is intended to be arranged in the transverse direction of the roof so that the depth P1 is provided. to be arranged according to the slope of the roof 2. The depth Pl is substantially equal to the depth P3 of each slate 3 current. The length of each panel is equal to an integer number of M3 modules, so that the panel can integrate between two slates without modifying the splicing, that is, the splitting or cutting of these slates. In the illustrated example, the length L1 of each panel is substantially equal to the slate width, ie: L1 # 5xM3 As for the slates, the plate can be decomposed, according to its depth, into a purge P, provided for remain apparent, a false-purge F, intended to be covered by a first row of panel (s) and / or slate (s) immediately higher, and, a cover R provided to be further covered by a second row, immediately superior to the first row.
The glass plate 4 carries on the underside of the purge P, means 6 for capturing the solar energy. The glass plate 4 comprises four orifices 9 provided for fixing the panel 1 to the frame 5. A method of fixing a panel will be described next with reference to FIGS. 4 to 8. The orifices 9 pass through the thickness of the plate 4, in the false-pureau F. They are ~ o regularly distributed along the length of the panel 1, and arranged so that when the panel is placed they come in vis-à-vis a batten 10 of the frame 5 A method of attachment for a panel 1 according to the invention will now be described, in particular with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, with the aid of a fastener more particularly described in FIGS. 4 and 5 illustrate the attachment of a central panel 1 disposed between an immediately lower row comprising a lower panel 1A and an immediately higher row comprising an upper panel 1B. The central panel 1 covers the false-pureau and the RA cover of the bottom panel 1A. The false-pureau of the central panel 1 is covered by the flue PB of the upper panel 1B. The frame 5 comprises rafters 17 arranged according to the slope of the roof 2. The rafters bear 10.18 batten, arranged transversely to the slope. The first 18 among the battens are used to fix slates 25 with nails 19 or hooks 20. The first battens are arranged in a DP pitch equal to the depth of the caliper. The second battens 10 are arranged, where they are needed, placed immediately above the first battens and are provided for fixing the panels 1.
As particularly illustrated in Figure 4 the cover R of each panel 1 rests on the first batten 18 located immediately above the second batten 10 on which the panel is fixed. The fixing of each panel 1 is provided by means of a fastener 22. The part 22 is provided to engage with a respective orifice 9 of the panel. It is secured with a corresponding second batten 10, using a screw 23. As particularly illustrated in Figures 6 to 8, the part 22 is made in one piece, preferably in a plastic material, for example a polymer, in particular a polyamide. In the example shown, the part 22 is substantially of revolution about an axis X22 and comprises a substantially cylindrical bowl 24. The bowl 24 has an upper edge 25, circular, which is extended substantially radially by an annular flange 26. In the lower part, the bowl 24 comprises a bottom 27 which extends perpendicularly to the axis X22. The bottom is advantageously pierced with a hole 28 for the passage of the rod of the screw 23. The bowl is radially sufficiently wide and deep to be able to receive the head of the screw 23, bearing, at least indirectly, on the bottom 27. The example illustrated in Figures 4 and 5 corresponds to the fastener shown in Figure 6. The inner surface of the bottom 27 is smooth. The head of the screw 23 is provided to rest on the bottom 27 by means of a washer 29 of the monobloc type, for example a VULCA washer available from the company ETANCO. Such a washer comprises a thickness of rubber which provides a seal between the screw head and the bottom 27, as well as around the screw shank. Thus, it prevents water infiltration from the inside of the bowl to the roof 2. In the embodiment of the part illustrated in Figure 7, concentric ribs 31 are formed on the bottom 27 around the X22 axis, so as to form a support for the head of the screw 23. It is the elastic compression of the ribs 31 which then allows to ensure sufficient sealing between the screw 23 and the part 22. To facilitate the assembly of the roof, the fasteners are advantageously provided close-mounted in the factory, during the manufacture of the panel 1. Thus, it is important that each of the parts 22 is maintained in the corresponding orifice 9, despite a required manufacturing set between the bowl 24 and this orifice 9. Three gadroons 30 have thus been provided regularly distributed around the outer periphery of the bowl in order to compensate for this play and to maintain the strength of the piece 22 in the orifice 9. Each gadget lo s' and end from the edge 25 of the bowl, parallel to the axis X22, first of constant thickness then tapering away from the edge 25. The flange 26 has been provided to prevent a passage of water in the clearance around the bowl 22, inside the orifice 9. Preferably, the collar naturally has a frustoconical shape forming with the axis X22 an angle A26 between eighty and eighty-seven degrees preferably eighty-five degrees. The flange 26 is provided with sufficient elasticity so that during the placing of the piece 22 it is elastically pressed to the surface of the glass plate 4, elastically ensuring a seal between the piece 22 and the glass plate 4.
In addition, the flange 26 has a bridging function between two overlapping plates. Thus, the thickness E26 of the collar is chosen to leave a corresponding clearance between the central panel 1 and the upper panel 1B which limits the capillary rise between these two panels, at the same time as it ensures sufficient elasticity of the collar 26 .
In addition, the part 22 has a bridging function between the upper panel 1B and the second batten 10 in which the part 22 is fixed, so that the central panel 1 and the corresponding lower panel 1A are not forced between the upper panel 1B and the frame 7, in particular the batten 10. Preferably, a height H22 of the part 22, measured under the collar 26, is strictly greater than twice the thickness E4 of a glass plate 4. For some slates 3, of a row immediately greater than that of a panel, for example the panel 1B of FIG. 4, for which this panel prevents the passage of a hook-type fastener 20, they will advantageously be fixed to the Using a nail 19. In a particular embodiment for a roof using slates, the following dimensions are given: L1 = 1.524 mm to P1 = 450 mm DP = 170 mm M3 = 306 mm, of which a transverse clearance of 6 mm between each slate E4 = 3 , 2 mm E26 = 0.8 mm H22 = 9.8 mm Of course, the invention is not limited to the examples which have just been described. Thus, the bottom of the bowl may not be pre-drilled. The use of panels coated with photocells only in a zone forming a purge facilitates the integration of this panel into a roof. Indeed, such a panel can be used as another plate cover, without making a complex sealing device between each panel and the cover. In addition, such a panel is easily integrated with an existing roof.
30 The fastener may advantageously be used for fastening other types of panels, including cover and facade plates. Particularly when such panels have visually vis-à-vis faces substantially smooth, such a piece allows to maintain a sufficient spacing between these faces, so as to limit the rise of water by capillarity. 30
