The present invention relates to the field of sanding devices and more particularly relates to a mounting assembly for the automatic installation of an abrasive disc on the rotary spindle of the sanding device. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Sanding devices are more and more frequently equipped with dust extraction means so as to avoid, in particular, any pollution of the air. These suction means are generally integrated in the sanding device so as to have optimum efficiency. For this purpose the suction means comprise suction orifices opening at the spindle head which allows reception of the abrasive disc; in this way the sanded material is sucked directly through the suction ports. To allow the suction is provided in the abrasive disc holes through the size and arrangement corresponding to the orifices of the head for dust extraction. These discs must be positioned so that the holes and the holes coincide exactly with each other. Indeed, a bad placement would lead to a loss see no suction the solid parts of the disk being in this case plated during: suction against the orifices thereby preventing the proper operation of the suction means. The mounting operation of the abrasive disk on the spindle must therefore be carried out accurately. Moreover it is important that this operation is performed automatically and quickly to improve the effective working time of the sanding device because the frequency of change of disk can be high. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an assembly assembly for accurately and automatically assembling a replacement abrasive disc on a sanding device spindle. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION To this end, the present invention relates to an assembly for mounting an abrasive disk on a rotating spindle of a sanding device comprising an articulated arm, allowing the spindle to move, a suction device comprising suction ports on the spindle head, a disk carrier for receiving at least one replacement disk with holes, and such that the mounting assembly includes first magnetic attracting means arranged on the spindle, and indexed with respect to the suction orifices and second magnetic attraction means, arranged on the disk or on its support, and indexed with respect to the holes of the disks, said first and second means of magnetic attraction allowing matching the suction ports with the disk holes by mutual attraction of the first and second magnetic attracting means when brought close together; s others. Thus constituted assembly assembly allows to achieve a reliable and accurate attachment of the replacement abrasive disc on the spindle of the sanding device without requiring control or maneuver on the part of an operator. Another feature of the invention is to achieve high disk change rates. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The present invention will be better understood on reading a detailed exemplary embodiment with reference to FIGS. attached, given by way of non-limiting example, and in which: - Figure 1 shows, in a schematic view, a first embodiment according to the invention; - Figure 2 shows, in a schematic view, a second exemplary embodiment according to the invention, - Figure 3 shows a front view of an exemplary embodiment of the spindle head. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Referring to FIG. 1, there is shown a mounting assembly 1 with on the one hand a sanding device 2 comprising an articulated arm 3 and a pin 4 and, on the other hand, a support 5 allowing The first magnetic attraction means 7 are also shown. In the exemplary embodiments of FIGS. 1 and 2, these first magnetic attraction means 7 are arranged at the level of the head 8. of the pin 4 and comprise a magnet 9. It is at this head 8 that open suction ports 13 of a dust suction device, and the first magnetic attraction means are indexed with respect to these suction ports 13. In the example of FIG. 1, the first magnets of magnetic attraction 7 cooperate with second magnetic attraction means 10 by magnetic attraction when they are brought closer together. each other.
By means of magnetic attraction is meant in the present application that the first and second means allow magnetic cooperation between them, therefore, at least one of these attraction means is magnetic while the other means may be constituted either by a magnetic element is by a metal element. The second magnetic attraction means 10 are arranged at the level of the support 5. Consequently, the first and second magnetic attraction means allow adjustment in position of the rotating spindle 4 with respect to the support 5. The support 5 allows for its part receiving in an orderly manner a stack of replacement disks 6; consequently, the second magnetic attraction means are indexed relative to the holes of the replacement discs and the positional adjustment of the pin 4 with respect to the support 5 also ensures its positioning with respect to each replacement disc 6 of the battery.
Advantageously, the support 5 comprises a raised part 11 for receiving and positioning the second magnetic indexing attraction means 10 in height allowing adjustment of the position of the spindle head 4 during the descent of the articulated arm 3. 5. Advantageously, the second magnetic attraction means 10 are constituted by a magnet 22. Other magnetic attraction devices and in particular an electromagnet could however be used in an alternative embodiment. The operation of the mounting assembly is as follows, once removed the used disk, the controller controls the articulated arm 3 and approaches the head 8 of the support 5 in the position shown in Figure 1. In this position the force of attraction between the first 7 and second magnetic attracting means 10 rotates the head 8 of the spindle which is free in rotation, according to one or other of the directions represented by the arrows, until the magnets 9 and 12 are positioned vis-à-vis. It is important to point out that in an alternative embodiment it will be possible to use not the attraction force but the repulsion force of the magnets by reversing the poles and the disposition of the magnet 9 on the pin 4. When the rotation of the magnet the head 8 is completed, the positioning of the spindle 4 is performed and the controller can control the descent of the articulated arm 3 until the fastening of the replacement disc 6 on the head 8. Advantageously once the indexing carried out the automaton controls the activation of locking means, not shown in the appended figures, of the rotation of the head 8 to avoid accidental rotation during attachment. The sanding device 2 equipped with a new disk 6 can be used again. This embodiment is particularly advantageous in that it makes it possible to use conventional replacement discs 6 without the need to modify them. Referring now to FIG. 2, there is shown a second embodiment of the assembly assembly 1, in this embodiment the constituent elements of the sanding device 2 remain identical to those of the first embodiment. described above. The second mode differs in that the second magnetic attraction means 10 are no longer arranged on the support 5 but on each replacement disc 6.
Advantageously, the second magnetic attraction means 10 comprise a permanent magnet 14 located on the non-abrasive surface of the replacement disk 6. The operation of the assembly assembly 1 is as follows, once the used disk is removed, the automatic control unit the descent of the articulated arm 3 in the direction of the support 5. The function of the support 5 is to receive the replacement disks 6 in a stack, however this stack is not necessarily ordered, that is to say that the disks 6 can be in different relative positions. Once near the highest disk 6: in the stack, the automat stops the descent of the arm 3. In this position the force exerted between them: Lers 7 and second 10 magnetic attraction means makes: turn the head 8 of the pin 4, in one of the directions represented by the arrows, until the magnets 9 and 14 are positioned vis-a-vis. The position of the head is thus indexed relative to the disc 6 and the automaton can finish the descent of the articulated arm 3 to achieve the attachment of the disc 6 on the head 8. At this stage the sanding device 2 equipped with a new disk can be used again.
15 Of course, other features of the invention could also have been envisaged without departing from the scope of the invention defined by the claims below. By way of example in an alternative embodiment the first means of magnetic attraction 7 serort consist of several magnets 9 as shown in Figure 3. The use of several magnets 9 allows to define at least two equivalent indexing positions and in the case illustrated in FIG. 4 makes it possible to define four equivalent positions 5, which has the advantage of very quickly placing the spindle head in a suitable position by limiting the rotation of the spindle at 90 ° between two positions of the spindle. ir.dexation. In this variant, the first magnetic attraction means 7 are arranged between the suction orifices 13 and cooperate with the second magnetic attraction means 10 arranged on a support 5 or on the replacement discs 6. In other variants, first magnetic attraction means 7 are arranged opposite the suction holes or between the suction holes and the edge of the disc. 15
