Abstract
Description
The present invention is a safety device for the automatic closure of umbrella, umbrella, umbrella, and any other object consisting of a handle and a web of any shape, stretched by whales. This device is intended to avoid the danger for others in the case where the parasol, umbrella or umbrella becomes mobile and uncontrollable being moved by natural elements (wind, water, earth attraction in the case of a fall) or human (jet of the object or propulsion by any human means).
Description: Inside the umbrella tube T, umbrella umbrella or other is located a mechanism consisting of a handle P, two wheels RI and R2, 2 metal rods TM1 and TM2, a spring R, a safety bevel latch L and a guide G. To open the parasol, umbrella, umbrella, push the whale locking ring B upwards, like any parasol, umbrella, umbrella and end of stroke press on the handle P so that the wheels RI and R2 turn about t / 4 turn counterclockwise by stretching the spring R and pulling out the latch L blocking the ring B. As long as the handle P (Figure 2) is held down by manual pressure or by a foot or base planted in the ground or by the table top or by any means, the latch L blocks the closure of the umbrella, umbrella, umbrella. As soon as the pressure is released and the handle can return to its initial position under the pull of the spring R, the wheels R1 and R2 rotate in turn clockwise, the latch L enters the handle and the liberated ring B can descend by the force of the whales and cause the closure of the parasol, umbrella, umbrella.
This hinge system will share the tube T in the form of a hinge adapted to the shape of the tube: square, rectangular or cylindrical, located approximately 2/3 of the total length of the tube T from the top of the tube. This distance may vary depending on the size of the mechanism operating the whales. This system allows the lower part of the tube T to be pressed on the upper part of the same tube, once the canvas folded, by pressing on the same canvas. In this case, the TM2 metal rod will be provided with a double joint allowing it to follow the flap movement of the lower part of the tube T.
