Abstract

et de régler la hauteur sans limite basse et l'inclinaison d'un système de soutien du corps adapté et ainsi permettre de combiner le jeu au sol et l'observation de l'environnement pour des enfants handicapés atteints d'infirmité motrice cérébrale. Les aides techniques existantes ont une structure telle qu'elles n'autorisent pas la fixation d'un système de soutien du corps au plus près du sol et donc ne permettent pas aux enfants atteints d'infirmité motrice cérébrale présentant une hypotonie axiale de conjuguer de manière satisfaisante la manipulation d'objet au sol et l'observation de leur environnement. Cette combinaison étant pourtant une étape indispensable du processus de développement de la psychomotricité à la petite enfance. L'aide technique selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. La spécificité de cette aide technique réside dans le fait qu'elle maintient le tronc de l'enfant dans une position la plus verticale possible tout en laissant ses mains près du sol. Ceci est rendu possible grâce à la structure de l'aide technique qui a été pensée pour que l'enfant soit maintenu efficacement tout en gardant un centre de gravité très bas. Ce positionnement permet à l'enfant de jouer au sol et regarder son environnement sans que cela engendre de la fatigue ou des problèmes orthopédiques. L'aide technique selon l'invention comporte selon une première caractéristique, un châssis composé de roulettes montées sur deux barres longitudinales sur lesquelles sont fixées deux montants. Ces deux montants sont pourvus chacun d'une articulation réglable capable de modifier la hauteur et le degré de rotation de la pièce horizontale qui est fixée entre eux. Cette pièce centrale et horizontale est munie d'une plaque de fixation permettant d'accueillir un système de soutien du corps adapté.
