Description

Il trouve sa principale application dans l'industrie du tourisme et du loisir, ainsi que dans le domaine de l'habitat individuel.  the rain-tightness of roofs with adjustable sunlight and which can also provide locking functions of the upper skylights on those below, the translation and stop functions of the upper skylights on those of the bottom. Currently, the roofs for modulating sunshine consist of two superimposed layers of skylights made with blades. The offset of the blades allows the modulation of the sun. To waterproof these roofs to rain, the current technique is to equip the blades of the louver below joints on which slide slides of the skylight above. This arrangement is not satisfactory, because the seal obtained is not sufficient because of the difference in the arrow that may exist between the lower blades and those at the top, especially in case of wind, the forces applied by the latter not always homogeneous. On the other hand, it is necessary to make a precise adjustment of the spacing between the upper blades and the lower blades, a too short distance creates significant forces on the joints and thwart the movement of the two skylights, a distance Too big creates days between the joints on the bottom blades and those at the top and therefore a leakage. An improvement has been made to this spacing problem by giving the top louver a descent movement at the end of the translational movement to crush the joints. The lifting movement of the upper skylight to open the roof, as well as the friction forces with the joints in the absence of this lifting, however requires oversize the motorization allowing the offset movement of the blades without guaranteeing good rainproof in case of wind. On the other hand, stops must be provided to limit movement of the blades, as well as a device that prevents the upper skylights from being torn off by the wind when the roof in the closed position. The movement of the upper skylight on the bottom is done by a roulette system whose implementation is not easy. The device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. It consists in placing vertical walls on the boards. The vertical walls of the upper and lower blades will come into communication by a movement of translation only horizontal. Their contact will allow sealing, even in case of difference of arrow between the blades of the bottom and the top. Similarly, in the event of wind, there may be vertical relative movements between the upper and lower blades, while maintaining the seal, as long as the vertical walls of the blades remain in contact with each other. In addition, the pressure of the walls on each other will create a certain solidarity between the lower and upper blades, further limiting vertical relative movements. These walls may be equipped with seals which will thus be used only in compression, which does not interfere with the horizontal translation movement. The edge of these walls can also be used as a sliding pad on a strip of anti-friction materials fixed on a number of blades at the top. The edges can also be used to fix wear parts so as not to have direct contact with the walls. The vertical walls can be equipped with small returns to form an L. Thus in closed position, the walls of the top blades and those of the bottom blades will fit into each other and prevent tearing of the skylights of the high in case of wind. The walls of the blades will also stop in the relative movement of the skylights of the top and bottom and avoid the establishment of specific stops, both in the direction of the opening of the roof as in that of the closure. The accompanying drawings illustrate a possible embodiment of the invention: - Figure 1 shows a section of the device of the invention with the roof in the closed position. Figure 2 shows a section of the device of the invention with the roof in the open position. Figure 3 shows a sectional way to create the sealing and sliding of the upper blades on those at the bottom, roof in the closed position. - Figure 4 shows in section the elements of Figure 3, roof in the open position. - Figure 5 shows an L-shaped vertical walls of the blades preventing tearing of the top louver relative to that below. - Figure 6 shows a possible way to position a wear part on the walls of the bottom blades. - Figure 7 shows a possible way of guiding the top of the louvre on the one below. With reference to these drawings, the device comprises upper blades (A) fixed on two brackets (5) and forming the upper skylight, lower blades (B) fixed on two brackets (6) and forming the clear way from above. Vertical walls (a) are on the top blades (A) and walls (b) on the bottom ones (B). The walls (b) of the bottom blades (B) are equipped with seals (2). In the closed position, the walls (a) of the upper blades (A) crush the seals (2). The walls (b) of the bottom blades (B) form a stop for the closing movement of the roof. To open the roof, the top blades (A) receive a horizontal translation movement and the walls (a) of the upper blades (A) come into contact with the walls (b) of the lower blades (B) which thus form stop for the opening movement of the roof. An anti-friction band (3) of PTFE or other type is fixed on the required number of upper blades (A). The upper blades (A) equipped with this anti-friction band (3) rest directly on the walls (b) of the bottom blades (B). A plate (1) fixed in various places on the angles (6) receives an anti-friction strip (7) to provide lateral guidance of the top louver. It is also possible to fix on the walls (b) of the bottom slats (B) a wear part (4) which bears against the anti-friction strip (3). This wear part (4) will slightly exceed the wall (b). FIG. 5 illustrates one way of producing the L-shaped walls (a) and walls (b) to provide the anti-tearing function of the top and bottom skylights. The L-shaped returns of the walls (a) and (b) must be larger than the thickness of the gasket (2). The device of the invention is more particularly intended for roofs for modulating sunshine and consisting of two layers of skylights superimposed. It finds its main application in the industry of tourism and the leisure, as well as in the field of the individual habitat.
