Abstract

The play-pen has a fence structure cooperating with an articulated carrier structure (2) for forming lateral walls and a floor of the play-pen. On connaît de longue date les parcs de jeu pour enfants en bas âge. Souvent construits de bois ceux-ci sont lourds, encombrants et difficiles à transporter. Pour pallier ces inconvénients, différents parcs de type pliable ont été proposés. On peut notamment citer, les documents EP-A-0874577, EP-A-0275718 et EP-A-1481617 qui décrivent chacun un exemple de ces parcs pliants. Toutefois, si l'encombrement de ces parcs et considérablement réduit lorsqu'ils sont pliés ce qui facilite leur déplacement et leur transport, leurs modalités d'utilisation et leur structure sont relativement complexes ce qui rend leur installation et leur pliage relativement longs et difficiles, avec un grand nombre d'articulations et d'éléments à actionner pour que le parc prenne sa configuration finale d'utilisation ou, au contraire soit complètement plié. L'objectif de la présente invention est de proposer un parc pliable pour enfants dont la structure soit simple et légère pour présenter un encombrement très réduit en position pliée et pour pouvoir le transporter manuellement et qui permette également un déploiement et un pliage du parc très rapide en quelques minutes sans outils. L'invention atteint son but grâce à un parc pliable pour enfants comportant une structure porteuse articulée permettant alternativement le pliage et le déploiement du parc et une structure de clôture du parc apte à coopérer avec ladite structure porteuse pour former les parois latérales et le fond dudit parc. Le parc de l'invention se caractérise par le fait que ladite structure porteuse comporte une embase centrale depuis laquelle s'étendent des branches articulées sur ladite embase afin de pouvoir pivoter par rapport à celle-ci, lesdites branches comprenant chacune au moins deux membres porteurs solidaires et, le cas échéant, articulés entre eux, de sorte qu'ils forment respectivement, lorsque le parc est déployé, une latte d'appui et de stabilisation du parc s'étendant sur le sol depuis ladite embase, et un montant dudit parc s'étendant sensiblement verticalement depuis ledit élément d'appui et de stabilisation de manière à ériger et soutenir ladite structure de clôture. La structure porteuse particulière du parc de la présente invention permet avantageusement un déploiement et un pliage du parc à la manière d'un éventail, qui confère au parc une compacité maximale en position pliée et dans le même temps une facilité de montage exemplaire, l'utilisateur ne devant que développer les branches de la structure porteuse autour de l'embase centrale de celle-ci, puis à fixer ou fermer la structure de clôture sur la structure porteuse pour mettre en place le parc, et inversement pour le replier.
