Abstract

L'invention concerne un afficheur à cristal liquide et un procédé de fabrication de cet afficheur qui empêche la fuite de lumière au voisinage des lignes de données, en fonction de la direction de frottement d'un film d'alignement. L'invention propose une plaque de transistor en couche mince présentant une ligne de grilles (100) et une ligne de données (200), une électrode de grilles (120), un transistor en couche mince, une couche de passivation (240) et une électrode de pixels (300), une plaque de filtres de couleur comprenant une matrice noire, un filtre de couleur et une électrode commune sur un second substrat transparent, et des cristaux liquides injectés et scellés entre la plaque de transistor en couche mince et la plaque de filtres de couleur. La matrice noire de la plaque de filtres de couleur recouvre asymétriquement la ligne de données de la plaque de transistor en couche mince.
