The bottom of the plug 1 is largely constituted by a plunger element 28 normally in abutment under the action of a return spring 29 mounted between the element 28 and the piston member 24 against a transverse wall portion d rear end 6b of the body 6 and able to move hermetically in the chamber 22 towards the brush 4 by compressing the spring 29.

Par précaution, un joint annulaire d'étanchélté 30 est interposé entre le disque 16 et la paroi interne du tube de la tige 3.On notera également qu'en position inactive de la tige à brosse 3, le disque 16 vient en appui contre une butée fixe formée par un rétreint 3a en bout du tube de la tige 3. Ensuite, l'élément formant plongeur 28 est enfoncé de façon à envoyer sous pression du produit colorant de la chambre 22 au tube de la tige à brosse 3 au travers du tube 21, des orifices 23 et du tube d'enveloppe 20 et le produit colorant traverse les orifices 18 pour imprégner l'embout 15 du produit colorant. Une fois l'opération de maquillage des paupières terminée, le tube à brosse 3 est ramené à sa position active en enfonçant l'ergot de manoeuvre 12 radialement de façon à désengager l'ergot 10 de la paroi de séparation 6a et débloquer ainsi l'embase 5 qui est déplacée par le ressort 7 dans un sens opposé à la paroi 6b jusqu'à ce que la paroi de butée 12b vienne de nouveau en appui contre la paroi de séparation 6a et l'organe 10 occupe de nouveau sa position en saillie dans la fenêtre 11. Once the eyelid makeup operation is complete, the brush tube 3 is returned to its active position by pushing the operating lug 12 radially so as to disengage the lug 10 from the partition wall 6a and thus unlock the base 5 which is moved by the spring 7 in a direction opposite to the wall 6b until the abutment wall 12b again comes to bear against the partition wall 6a and the member 10 again occupies its projecting position in the window 11. Thus, the rod 14 and the endpiece 15 occupy an inactive position retracted into the tube of the brush rod 3 and the coloring product in this tube cannot escape outside because the orifices 18 are closed by the seats 19.
