Abstract

The invention relates to an arrangement preventing insects from falling into the liquid in tumblers. It consists of a tumbler 1 having an internal conduit 2 into which is introduced easily the guide rod 5 of a lid 4 having multiple openings which do not permit the passage of insects but allow liquids of all kinds to pass in or out. A washer 7 ensures the assembly of the two parts constituting the arrangement. When the arrangement is placed on a support, the lid 4 positions itself at the top of the tumbler 1. When the arrangement is not on a support, the lid 4 descends automatically onto the top end of the conduit 2, allowing the user to drink comfortably. The concave part 8 of the lid 4 facilitates the filling of the tumbler 1 in the two positions of the tumbler.

Description

La pr6sente invention concerne un dispositif réalisé sous la forme d'un gobelet ,verre ou pot à boissons avec ou sans poigne dquipé d'un couvercle mobile qui vite aux corps dtrangers,en particulier les insectes dangereux tel que guêpes ou abeilles ,de tomber dans le liquide contenu dans le gobelet
Durant la période de prolifération des insectes il est frquent que des guêpes ,abeilles ou mouches tombent dans les récipients contenant une boisson surtout Si la nature de celle-ci les attire et soient avales par mégarde par leg utilisateurs desdits récipients .L'ingestion d'insectes dangereux avec toutes les consdquences graves que cela comporte est malheureusement assez fréquente du fait que les gobelets couramment utilisés n'ont pas de fermeture
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient Il est constitué de :
-Un gobelet doté dtun conduit interne central vertical qui est ouvert sous le gobelet et d'une longueur infrieure à la hauteur du gobelet
-Un couvercle au gabarit de l'ouverture du gobelet pourvu d'ouvertures réduites ,de préférence allongées ,ne laissant pas passer les insectes mais permettant le passage des liquides de toutes natures et d'une tige guide centrale d'un diamètre permettant son introduction aisée dans le conduit du gobelet .The present invention relates to a device produced in the form of a goblet, glass or jar with or without handle equipped with a movable cover which quickly for foreign bodies, in particular dangerous insects such as wasps or bees, to fall into the liquid in the cup

Selon un mode de réalisation préférentiel le couvercle du dispositif est concave ce qui permet le remplissage du gobelet sans enlever le couvercle
Selon une variante de réalisation le conduit guide interne du gobelet peut être remplacé par un soufflet étanche interne ou externe
Selon une autre variante la tige guide du couvercle peut être située au bord dudit couvercle et le conduit du gobelet être le long de sa paroi interne ou externe
Selon une autre variante le couvercle peut être réalisé dans une matière de nature flottante sans tige guide . n sera alors ,dans cette forme de réalisation ,placé dans le haut d'un gobelet ayant sa partie suppérieure droite sur une longueur égale au déplacement souhaité pour le couvercle dit 'flottant' et un rebord interne faisant clip situé en haut de sa paroi .Ledit couvercle flottant sera introduit par for çage dans l'ouverture du gobelet.Le rebord interne du gobelet pourra être remplacé par un ou plusieurs clips indépendants dudit gobelet

Dans cette dernière forme de réalisation le couvercle flottant I6 se maintien toujours àla surface du liquide se trouvant dans le gobelet I5 et évite la chute des insectes dans ledit liquide contenu dans le gobelet 15 e
Sur la figure II on a représenté en 4 un couvercle du gobelet I ,en I6 des ouvertures allongées ,en 17 des ouvertures rondes ,ici données à titre indicatif non limitatif , qui ne permettent pas le passage des insectes mais laissent entrer ou sortir les liquide de toutes natures ,en 20 partie centrale du couvercle 4 ,non pourvue d'ouvertures ,qui empêche les liquides versés dans le gobelet I d'entrer dans le conduit central 2 du gobelet I .Toujours pour la même raison le couvercle 9 figure 8 d'une des variante de réalisation possède également cette particularité de ne pas avoir d'ouvertures an droit de sa tige guide latérale .
