Abstract

The object of the invention is to produce display units the orientation of which is adjustable in order to select a position of the unit according to the direction from which the consumer is supposed to arrive. Another object is to produce a display unit with multiple positions which is adjustable according to the size of the item to be displayed. These objects are achieved using a multiple-position display unit of the type comprising a long rectangular tray 1 to display the items, fixed by a fixing lug 2 to a vertical surface 3 such as the end (back) of an island. This display unit is characterised in that the fixing lug 2 is integral with a horizontal support 30 onto which the said tray 1 is mounted to move by rotating around a substantially central axis.
