Abstract

The subject of the invention is a tensioner for metal wire or similar. The means serving as a bolt is composed of two parts which fit together, each by its shaft, each shaft comprising near its outer end a disk 12 or 13 of which at least the periphery of one of the two disks is provided on its inner surface with deep wide teeth which serve as a locking means; the said wire F first passes between the two shafts, and then by causing the tensioner to rotate on the wire F, the latter rolls around both of the shafts.
