Abstract

The cover for the frames of sliding windows, doors etc., on the exterior of buildings comprises mouldings, the shape of which correspond to the cross-section of the wooden components of the frame. The free ends of the mouldings engage into grooves provided in the frame components to hold the mouldings in position. The upper and lower cross-members of the surrounding frame receive mouldings which incorporate rails to guide the e.g window during opening.
