Abstract

The sleeping bag to be placed on a bed mattress comprises an eiderdown and forms the bottom (6) and top sheets. The eiderdown (2) is placed inside a bag section forming the top sheet (1) and is fixed on three sides to the bottom sheet (6). The periphery of the bottom sheet (6) has an edge (10) which is slightly deeper than the mattress (5). The edge (10) has elastic attachments (11) for attaching it to the mattress (5). The head of the bag has a folded-over part (3) to go over the pillow (8) or bolster. The open side of the bag (1) has a flap (4) for holding the eiderdown (2) inside it. A pillow-case (7) is fixed to the bottom sheet (6).
