Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour empêcher la filtration d'un contaminant par la surface d'un solide. Selon l'invention, il consiste à former une couche de revêtement à la surface du solide au moyen d'une solution de revêtement contenant un composé d'hydroxysilane représenté par la formule générale : R n Si(OH)4-n où R est un groupe choisi dans la classe consistant en hydrocarbures, alcoxy et acyloxy et n est un nombre de 0, 1, 2 ou 3; et à chauffer le solide ainsi enduit à une température qui n'est pas inférieure à 150 degrés C pour former une pellicule de revêtement de silicium oxydé. L'invention s'applique notamment à la technologie de précision comme la fabrication et le traitement des semi-conducteurs ou dispositifs à semi-conducteurs, et la préparation et le stockage des médicaments et dans les processus micro-analytiques.
