Abstract

Cette botte de vitesses 36 comporte un convertisseur de couple logé dans un boîtier 26 de convertisseur et un système 154 d'engrenages planétaires commandés par le convertisseur et entourés d'un carter 28 fixé au bottier du convertisseur. L'arbre de sortie 180 du système d'engrenages apporte un engrenage de sortie qui engrène avec un pignon intermédiaire engrenant avec un engrenage mené du dispositif 24 de transmission aux roues. Les engrenages sont du type hélicoïdal et tournent autour d'axes parallèles ; la poussée résultante sur l'arbre de sortie se fait vers le système d'engrenages planétaires pendant la rotation de l'engrenage de sortie dans le sens de la marche avant Applications notamment aux moteurs transversaux de véhicules à traction avant.
