Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'éclairement et de captation ainsi qu'une méthode pour l'analyse de fluorescence, où l'éclairement d'un courant de particules produit de la lumière fluorescente. Selon l'invention, un réflecteur 12, ayant une surface concave 14 avec un premier foyer 16 disposé dans le courant des particules, réfléchit un rayonnement d'éclairement organisé, ce rayonnement convergeant sur le premier foyer 16 pour stimuler les particules pour qu'elles produisent la lumière fluorescente; la lumière fluorescente émane du premier foyer 16, dont une partie est réfléchie par la surface 14; cette lumière fluorescente qui est focalisée sur le second foyer 18 ne contient pas de rayonnement d'éclairement et est recueillie pour une détection et un traitement subséquents. L'invention s'applique notamment à la détection des particules.
