Abstract

Moteur à combustion interne à pistons à mouvement alternatif. Le moteur est monté sur une structure support au moyen d'attaches de montage flexibles 30 qui sont fixées au moteur au moyen d'organes supports rigides 34, 35, 37 qui ne sont pas fixés au carter 13, 14 mais traversent des ouvertures surdimensionnées formées dans le carter et sont rigidement fixés à la structure 15, 16, 21 des paliers principaux du moteur. Les organes supports 34, 35 sont raccordés à la paroi du carter par des joints d'étanchéité élastiques qui obturent les ouvertures. Ces attaches de montage peuvent être prévues de chaque côté ou à l'avant du moteur. Application aux moteurs d'automobiles, cet agencement réduisant le niveau de bruit engendré par le carter.
