Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une bande d'acier laminée à froid. Le procédé de fabrication d'une bande laminée à froid par réduction à froid d'une bande laminée à chaud est caractérisé en ce que la bande laminée à chaud 8 portant de la calamine est réduite à froid avec un étirage susceptible de briser et d'éliminer plus de calamine sur les deux bords que dans la partie centrale de sorte que l'épaisseur de la calamine dans les deux zones devient sensiblement égale et en ce qu'on élimine la calamine brisée de la surface de la bande par un nettoyage mécanique 5. Ce procédé donne une bande d'acier laminée à froid de forme régulière.
