Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de structures fibreuses à base de fibres séparées à plusieurs composants. Dans ce procédé, après avoir transformé en structures fibreuses des fibres à plusieurs composants, du type matrice-segments, rétrécissables et non fixées, on les sépare avec un solvant organique liquide ou gazeux. Ces fibres sont constituées au moins par deux polymères incompatibles, avec des propriétés de retrait différentes, l'un formant la matrice a, l'autre les segments b représentant 20 à 80 % de la section transversale totale de la fibre. Au moins trois segments sont placés à la périphérie sans être complètement enveloppés par les composants formant la matrice. Le solvant ramène la température de retrait nul de ces polymères à au moins 160 degrés C. Utilisation de ce procédé pour fabriquer des structures fibreuses diverses pouvant comporter des dessins variés.
