Abstract

The vibrator is mounted on a flexible base and carries two troughs filled with small metallic parts. The space between the troughs has a motor (8) which drives a fan (9). The fan is mounted under a cowling (10) with discharge ducts (11) guiding the air into the troughs. The air is heated by means of elements near the outlet from the cowling. Cold air is drawn over the motor.
